This beautiful half-timbered house is located in the heart of Rheinbach’s old town, and everything you need is just a short walk away. Across from the house is a glass museum:
Rheinbach is also known as the “Gateway to the Eifel” because it serves as a wonderful starting point for excursions into the Eifel region. But other attractions are also very close by, such as Phantasialand, the Nürburgring, Bonn, Cologne, the Rhine, and more.
It’s the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities, whether it’s culture, hiking, shopping, wellness, or business.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, grill, oven, and much more.
There is a dining area, either in the kitchen or in the living room.
Since it is a half-timbered house, a steep staircase leads up to the first floor.
There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms is a walk-through bedroom.
There is also a room that can be used as a playroom for children. Games are provided. There is a bright living room. You can use the TV to watch Amazon Prime or Disney Plus, and of course, there is a bathroom.
The garden is accessible through the courtyard.
There is free parking in the courtyard for up to 3 cars.
Since this is a historic building, the heating and insulation are not comparable to those of a new house.
