Located in the commune of Le Perrier, this 130 m² cottage comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and washing machine—ideal for a getaway with friends or family. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee.
Ideally situated close to the beach.
Outside, relax in a private 1,000 m² garden with no overlooking neighbors. The outdoor area features a private spa, barbecue, and lounge space—perfect for unwinding in an authentic, traditional setting.
Set off by bike to explore the beautiful marshland scenery and reach the Vendée coastline quickly.
Bed linen and bath towels are available for an extra fee.
