We booked this property last minute for a 3 night stay. The booking company responded immediately regarding the booking but the host did not contact us for hours (I get that things happen, but it was excessive). We had trouble figuring out where to enter the property, as the only information we got from him was a key box code. It wasn’t until I reached out to ask where the key box was (inside a door with no marking or information).We only stayed for about 30 minutes after entering the property. It was listed as the entire home but it was only a portion of the home. There was no wifi provided when we arrived. Someone dropped off a router after we decided to leave. The home was poorly maintained. The garden was unkempt, cupboard door hanging off, broken chairs, many lights not working. If you sleep in the loft, there are two flights of stairs to go down to use the toilet that smelled of sewer. There was mould in the shower, and only accessible via the second room.I was considering staying until I felt the pillows. They were pretty much fabric bags half filled with cotton balls. It was a huge disappointment seeing the photos versus reality which I have never experienced with Vrbo before.
