Enjoy a cozy vacation home that has just been completely renovated, situated in a dreamlike location—rural, close to nature, and sustainable—Welcome!

The first-floor vacation apartment, featuring an additional living room with a sleeper sofa and TV under the roof, is fully equipped for a relaxing, extended stay and offers everything your heart desires in approximately 60 square meters.

• In the bedroom: a king-size bed with a high-quality mattress, a spacious walk-in closet, and a TV
• A spacious living/dining area with a dining table for 4 people and a cozy sofa serving as a TV/reading nook
• A workspace with a height-adjustable desk
• a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, appliances, and a dishwasher.

It is part of a small, fifth-generation family-owned former farm and is situated amid fields and meadows in the Lower Rhine region, just outside the village of Mehrhoog, which is part of the town of Hamminkeln.
Today, the cultivation of all kinds of organic vegetables and potatoes, many different varieties of berries, a large orchard meadow with many old and, in some cases, exotic fruit varieties, honeybees, and the fallow deer enclosure still serve as a reminder that food was once grown here in a natural way, following “the old ways of our forefathers,” to feed the family and provide a livelihood.
Many years ago, work began to convert the existing stable areas into living space and repurpose them for other uses.

The comprehensive energy-efficient renovation carried out in recent years served to further advance our long-standing commitment to sustainability and ecology and to develop the property in a carbon-neutral manner.
