Casa Vacanze Bouganvillea – Cozy Beach Home with Terrace and Mountain View

Located in Sabaudia, this 70 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals during your stay. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and an outdoor barbecue for al fresco dining. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Two travel cots for children are also available. The property has been recently renovated with brand new furniture and beds.

The house offers the authentic atmosphere of a beach home, inviting you to relax and enjoy every space in a casual, intimate setting.

Outside, a private covered terrace awaits, perfect for unwinding while admiring mountain views. The terrace is the true highlight of the property, letting you fully enjoy the home. The outdoor barbecue is ideal for meals in the open air.

You have one garage parking space, with additional street parking available. One pet is welcome. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. For those who wish to stay active, a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. A cycle path starts right outside and leads to the sea. The beach can also be reached by shuttle: the stop is directly below the house and takes you to Piazza Oberdan, where you can catch the right or left shuttle depending on your direction.

Please do not leave garbage inside the property. Sabaudia has separate waste collection: kindly dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins before check-out. Also, please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
