Welcome to our lovingly modernized apartment in Gunzenhausen, just a short walk from the beautiful Altmühlsee. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

You’ll enjoy a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything your cooking and baking heart desires: pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, flour, and of course coffee and tea, which are always available for you. The freshly updated bathroom and the cozy living area with a sofa bed for two provide plenty of comfort for couples, families, or friends.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable king‑size bed with a pull‑out single bed hidden underneath — perfect for families or guests who appreciate extra flexibility. The large wardrobe offers plenty of space for the whole family’s clothing. A crib is available upon request.

For entertainment, the living room includes a Smart TV, board games, card games, toys, arts and craft supplies and books for all ages.

In the basement, you have free access to a washer and dryer. A private parking space is available, and an additional garage provides secure storage for bicycles, surfboards, or your vehicle.

The location near the Altmühlsee is one of the most popular in the region. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach lakeside paths, playgrounds, cycling routes, and peaceful spots by the water. The Seezentrum Schlungenhof offers beaches, boat rentals, mini golf, beach volleyball, and lakeside dining. Nature lovers will especially enjoy the Vogelinsel — a quiet nature reserve with walking paths and bird‑watching platforms.
