Set over three levels, the house accommodates up to 8 guests and has been thoughtfully designed to provide harmonious, welcoming, and functional spaces — ideal for families and groups of friends who want to share special moments without giving up their privacy.



The ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, leading into a living room with a sofa bed for two guests and a bathroom with shower. From here, you can access the large private terrace, complete with Whirlpool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area.



On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with the option of an additional single bed, along with a full bathroom.



The second floor hosts the master bedroom, also with a double bed and the possibility of an extra single bed. This level is enhanced by a bathtub for relaxing moments and a third full bathroom with shower.



The house is equipped with all the comforts for a carefree stay: induction cooktop with extractor hood, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and pods), toaster, kettle, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating (included in the price).
