Traditional house for 8 guests in the heart of Xaintrie, near the Monts du Cantal and the charming town of Argentat-sur-Dordogne.



Located in a preserved area, the house features outstanding traditional architecture.



Our home, a former 18th-century farmhouse, consists of 2 independent buildings rented together. The renovation respects the local style while offering all modern comforts.



House 1: spacious living area with fireplace, pantry, dining space, lounge, adjoining kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.



House 2: large living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, spacious bedroom and bathroom upstairs.



Bed linen is not provided. All beds have mattress protectors, pillows, blankets or duvets, and bedspreads.



Chadirac is a quiet, charming hamlet with about ten residents, where you will be warmly welcomed.



Enjoy a large, flower-filled, shaded garden with open views and no overlooking neighbors.



Fiber internet and TV are available.



Cleaning is included.



Shops are available in Saint-Privat and Pleaux, 10 km away.
