Lovely studio apartment just 100 meters from the swimming lake and right next to the forest—ideal for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and relaxing. The newly renovated, tastefully furnished studio features a kitchenette, dining area, and a balcony, and is located on the first floor.



The accommodation is in a quiet part of Schöntal, directly by the forest and only 150 meters from the Schöntal bathing pond. Schöntal has no through traffic, and the entire village has a speed limit of 30 km/h.



This apartment is the perfect starting point for extensive hikes and trekking tours through the unspoiled German-French Palatinate Forest/Northern Vosges biosphere reserve, or for trips to the many castle ruins and impressive rock formations nearby. Relax at one of Ludwigswinkel’s bathing ponds, enjoy great mountain bike routes, or take leisurely bike rides with hardly any inclines through the Sauerbach Valley all the way to Wissembourg in Alsace. We are happy to share excursion tips with you.



A visit to the barefoot park, mini golf, small park, and excellent local restaurants is also worthwhile.



Guests have free use of one women’s and one men’s touring bike. Touring and mountain e-bikes are available on request for an extra charge.



Ludwigswinkel, a health resort, is the perfect holiday spot for those seeking relaxation, variety, nature, sports, and peace. You can enjoy your holiday without a car; beautiful tours are possible even in winter.



A gas station is 3 km away in the neighboring village. You’ll find a variety of excellent restaurants in Ludwigswinkel and nearby communities.
