Holiday Home “Le Jardin De La Rose Bleue” with Private Terrace and Garden

Located in Prat, Brittany, Le Jardin De La Rose Bleue is a 70 m² holiday home for up to 5 guests. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with twin beds or a king-size bed, plus a bathroom and separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker. Heating is provided by radiators in every room and a wood stove. You will also find a washing machine, TV, fan, baby bed, and step-free access.



Outside, relax in your private garden, watch the llamas, and explore the vegetable and herb gardens. The uncovered private terrace features outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and loungers. You also have access to a shared playground, as well as shared toys and books for children.



A shared parking space is right in front of the house. Up to 3 pets are welcome, and smoking is allowed. Parties are not permitted. Charging electric vehicles on the property is strictly forbidden.



Local herbs, vegetables, fruit, and homemade jam are offered. The sea is 20 minutes away, and the historic towns of Tréguier, Lannion, and Guingamp are 15 minutes away. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
