Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this modern 3-bedroom vacation apartment in the Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode. Spanning a generous 79 m² on the first floor, this comfortable apartment features an approximately 8 m² south-west-facing balcony where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the magnificent view of the sea.
The light-filled living area, with a cozy sofa nook and a flat-screen TV, invites you to unwind and relax. You can enjoy the seaside view right from breakfast and start your day with a view of the Baltic Sea. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features not only all essential kitchen utensils but also an oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack, providing additional comfort.
The apartment includes a private underground parking space (No. 11) in the building. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage.

The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station.
The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing harbor, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.

Appartement Haus Südstrand, Whg 11

Wir haben spontan Urlaub gebraucht, hier in dieser Wohnung diesmal verbracht ( wir kennen auch Dschibuti andere in diesem Objekt- alle perfekt!) und so genossen! In der Wohnung alles super, das Büro mit seinen Mitarbeitern sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen schon ganz bald wieder & freuen uns sehr!

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung

Wie bereits in den letzten Jahren hatten wir einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in einer Bünning Wohnung. Dazu trägt sicher auch der reibungslose und unkomplizierte Service bei. Von der Buchung bis hin zur Ankunft war die Abwicklung wieder Perfekt. Die Wohnung sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Für den Urlaub sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles so wie beschrieben. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee, Promenade und Seebrücke, einfach nur schön. Unser Auto und die Fahrräder fanden ihren Platz in der Tiefgarage. Mit dem Fahrstuhl prima zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in dem besten Haus an der Promenade

Wir hatten mit der Familie bereits zwei Wohnungen in dem Haus Südstrand 44 vor anderthalb Jahren gebucht. Diesmal war es die Wohnung Nr. 11. Eine super Wohnung, alles genau wie beschrieben. Das Haus und auch die Wohnung, alles ist wie neu. Es wird also sehr gut gepflegt. Bei so einer schönen Wohnung kann auch mal das Wetter nicht so gut sein, da erholt man sich trotzdem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
