This space is divided into 2 bedrooms, a living area with an integrated kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. During your vacation, this quietly located apartment offers you a pleasant vacation home. The beach is only about 750 meters away.

The inviting living area welcomes you with comfortable seating. There’s a flat-screen TV for your relaxation. Through the double doors, you can step out onto the vacation apartment’s covered terrace. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The fully equipped kitchenette, featuring a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, is integrated into the living area. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, also provided. The dining table across from the kitchen seats 4 people.

You can relax in the apartment’s two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. The second bedroom has a comfortable bunk bed and a small closet. Curtains are hung at the windows.

The spacious shower room features a toilet, a large vanity with plenty of storage space, and a three-sided mirror. Tiles have been installed throughout the living area, with the exception of the vacation rental’s bedrooms, which feature wood-look PVC flooring.

One dog is allowed in this vacation rental. Bicycles can be stored in a bicycle storage room in the underground parking garage.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the building’s common areas and can be used for a fee.
