Vacation Apartment No. 03 in the “Villa Alexandra” vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Located right next to the Kühlungsborn city forest, you’ll stay in this approximately 60-square-meter vacation apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment is on the mezzanine level and is accessible via a few steps. In addition to two cozy bedrooms, a large living area with a dining nook and a kitchenette, there is also a bathroom with a shower. Relax in the fresh Baltic Sea air on the south-facing balcony. The Baltic Sea beach is about 350 meters away.

Take a seat on the couch or in one of the two swing chairs in the living room. A flat-screen TV, a selection of books, free Wi-Fi, and the stereo system provide entertainment on rainy days.

The well-equipped kitchenette is also integrated into the living area. Here you’ll find a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a combination microwave with baking function, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Of course, there’s also a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. At the adjacent dining table, four people can comfortably enjoy meals together. A high chair is available for young guests.

You can relax in one of the vacation rental’s two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed with an open footboard, and the second bedroom also has a double bed. You can store your vacation clothes in the wardrobes. Curtains and a pleated or roller blind are provided for privacy.

The interior bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. The bathroom and kitchen areas are tiled. The rest of the apartment has laminate flooring.

There is also a bike shed located right next to the house. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.

The Villa Alexandra apartment building in Kühlungsborn Ost is located directly adjacent to the Kühlungsborn city forest. Situated in an idyllic setting, this building with its vacation apartments promises its guests peace and relaxation. Despite its quiet location, the town center of Kühlungsborn Ost is not far away. The beach is only about 350 m away. A flight of stairs leads to the vacation apartments. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas. A bicycle shed is also located in the immediate vicinity of the building.
