良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Not sure where to start, many good features to list, in the 25 days I stayed there!
but here it goes.
Location, walking distance to almost everything with my favorite coffee shop right at the bottom of the building. Safety, Egypt in general is very safe and that neighborhood felt comfortable to walk at 3 AM in the morning without any concern.
Cleanness, very clean at check-in, Cleaning tools for everyday cleaning for the kitchen and bathroom like a bucket and a few cleaning towels or rags would be very helpful though.
Communication, I found that to be the best feature of this property as the owner/person in charge was very quick, courteous and genuinely helpful. Via WhatsApp ,Every issue/concern was addressed promptly.
Doorman/men very courteous, almost too courteous.
I highly recommend.
