Engadine house in a central, quiet location in the old part of the village of Scuol Sura, Plazzetta village square, bus stop nearby. Only 2 minutes to the mineral bath Bohn Engiadina. 1 room studio on the first floor, approx. 12 m2 with anteroom. Small modern kitchen with bar table + 2 bar stools + sofa table and sofa bed + single bed, dimensions 0.80 x 1.90, shower/WC. Balcony with garden table and 2 chairs. Very suitable for sporty people and lovers.
