Engadine house in a central and quiet location in the old part of the village of Scuol Sura on the Plazzetta village square. Bus stop nearby. Only 2 minutes to the mineral bath Bogn Engiadina. Very rustic house with atmosphere. Ski and bike room available. Beautiful attic 2.5 room flat with kitchen and bath/WC as well as TV and W-Lan. Rustic furnishings, with 2 balconies, east and south facing. approx.50 m2
