The office/guest room offers an additional fold-down bed (90 x 200 cm) and a functionally equipped workspace.

The bright and spacious living and dining area provides access to the well-maintained garden with its own terrace, a comfortable dining area, and the kitchen area, which includes a fully equipped, brand-name fitted kitchen, a modern breakfast bar, and a separate storage room.
