Beautiful, idyllic attic apartment in a listed half-timbered house, directly opposite the park and Ivenack Lake. The apartment features a living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, a children's room with 3 single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a sleeping loft with double bed accessible via stairs from the living room. The compact kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. A separate dining table seats up to 5 guests. In the living room, you'll find a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Wii console for entertainment. The children's room offers a TV, CD player, and PlayStation 2 with games for various ages, plus a play table.



In the fenced garden, children can play safely while you relax in a deck chair. Play equipment such as a trampoline, horizontal bar, and swing are available for your use. Enjoy the peace and take long walks or bike rides in nature. Several bikes in different sizes are provided free of charge for your excursions.



Ivenack Lake with its swimming area and jetty is about 300 meters away on foot. A lovely swimming pool in the forest is around 5 km away and easily reached by bike or car. Ivenack is famous for its nearly 1,000-year-old oaks, which can be admired in a fenced nature and wildlife park. These are among the oldest oaks in Germany. You can also observe fallow deer and Turopolje pigs up close. The area also features a treetop path, offering a unique perspective at eye level with the ancient oaks.
