Welcome to Les Pins des Conches, a charming 50 m² holiday home in Longeville-sur-Mer, Vendée, nestled in a pine forest just minutes from the beautiful Conches beach.



Perfect for family or friends, the house accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, appliances, dishes, etc.).



Outside, enjoy a pleasant terrace overlooking the pines—ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing in a peaceful, natural setting between forest and ocean.



For your convenience, there are two parking spaces in front of the house. A garage is also available for storing bikes, surfboards, and windsurfing gear.



Les Pins des Conches offers an ideal location to experience the Vendée coast: Conches beach, famous for surfing, walks, and wide open spaces, is just minutes away. Cycle paths, state forest, and many outdoor activities are nearby, as well as boat trips through the marshes.



Check-in, key handover, and a tour of the property are managed by the concierge, who will remain available throughout your stay. The property is inspected at departure.



Cleaning fees and linen rental are available for an extra charge. Please tidy up before leaving (put away dishes, take out trash, etc.).
