This cozy and family-friendly vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to 4 people across 64 square meters. Located on the ground floor, it’s ideal for a relaxing vacation with children or even a pet. The modern amenities, two bedrooms, and a small outdoor area ensure comfort and relaxation in a pleasant atmosphere.



The Space:

The 64-square-meter vacation apartment is both functional and cozy. The open-concept living and dining area with an integrated kitchen forms the heart of the apartment and is the perfect place to relax together. The low-maintenance vinyl flooring creates a modern living atmosphere.

There are two bedrooms available:

One bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed (180x200 cm)

Another bedroom with a bunk bed—ideal for children

The bathroom is practically equipped and offers everything you need for daily use.

The apartment is accessible at ground level, making it particularly convenient to reach. A small outdoor area (4 m²) invites you to enjoy the fresh air.

Guest Access:

The accommodation features a private, step-free entrance with night lighting and offers free on-site parking. Guests have access to all areas of the apartment, including the terrace and bicycle storage (no charging station for e-bikes).

Wi-Fi and TV are, of course, available.



The apartment is barrier-free: wider doors and hallways, wheelchair-accessible entry, grab bars in the bathroom, and a walk-in shower ensure comfort and safety.



The Neighborhood:

The vacation rental is located in the quiet Wentow district of Gransee, right on the lake and near a horse farm. The surroundings are ideal for relaxation, water sports, and enjoying nature—perfect for swimming, fishing, cycling, or walking.

Open fires are prohibited in the summer (due to the risk of forest fires), and fireworks are not allowed on New Year’s Eve because of the horse farm—so you can enjoy a particularly peaceful setting.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get here is by car—free parking is available.

The house is also accessible by public transportation, though there are only three buses a day.

Nearby, you’ll find shopping, a gym, horseback riding, golf courses, and kayak and bike rentals (depending on the season).



Other Things to Note:

Pets and laundry packages are not included in the price. Bookings must be made via our online check-in system.

A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. A fee of €11.00 per night applies per dog. A laundry package costs €22 and can be booked up to 5 days before arrival.
