A charming 1930s townhouse in the heart of La Charité-sur-Loire, close to the priory. Spread over three floors and fully renovated, the house is not suitable for young children or guests with reduced mobility, as both staircases are steep and lack handrails. It accommodates up to four guests.



Nearby, you'll find a bakery, butcher, café, restaurant, and tea room. Free parking is available nearby.



A cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels can also be provided for an extra fee.



Ground floor: spacious entrance that can be used as a workspace. First floor: well-equipped kitchen opening onto a small green courtyard and a comfortable living room. Top floor: two bedrooms and a compact bathroom.



La Charité-sur-Loire is a UNESCO World Heritage site, a medieval town surrounded by ramparts. Located 2.5 hours from Paris, it is easily accessible via the A77 motorway.
