Villa Iolanda – with Pool Surrounded by Beautiful Vineyards

Located in San Giovanni Montebello Giarre, Sicily, Villa Iolanda is a refined 120 m² holiday home that accommodates up to 4/5 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and heating with heat pumps. You will have Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine at your disposal. For families, there is a baby cot, high chair, toys, and children’s books available.



Outside, relax on your private, partly covered terrace with sea and mountain views. The villa is surrounded by a shared garden within a 6-hectare estate with vineyards and orchards. Refresh yourself in the outdoor shower or swim in the large shared pool, reserved exclusively for you and the owners. A barbecue is available for outdoor dining.



The property offers free on-site parking. Events are not permitted. The owners live on the same estate but in a separate residence to ensure your privacy. The pool is open from May 15 to September 15.



Villa Iolanda is in a peaceful area, ideal for countryside walks and vineyard strolls, and serves as a strategic base for exploring eastern Sicily by car. The nearest villages with grocery shops are San Giovanni Montebello (1.2 km) and Sant’Alfio (1.4 km). Tours and wine tastings can be booked on site. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. Babysitting services are available.
