The private, secluded terrace offers a special opportunity to relax. It offers an impressive panoramic view of Lake Attersee, the Dachstein, the Höllengebirge range with the Mahdlgupf via ferrata, Hochlecken, and Schoberstein, as well as the Schafberg.
The ground-floor apartment accommodates 2–4 people and features a living-dining room that, in addition to a dining table and bar area, offers a spacious seating area with a comfortable sleeper sofa for 2 adults. From here, there is direct access to the sun terrace.
In the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven, you can prepare everything from snacks to full-course family meals.
The cozy bedroom, with its custom-made Swiss stone pine paneling, ensures a particularly restful night’s sleep.
The pearwood coat rack, handcrafted by the host, and the unique bar lighting add distinctive accents to the living area. It was crafted from a damaged beech tree from the property’s own forest and integrated into the apartment as a one-of-a-kind piece.
The modern bathroom, which includes a washing machine, is equipped with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Thanks to the customizable LED lighting, the bathroom can be transformed into a small wellness oasis for rejuvenation and relaxation whenever desired.

In select apartments—such as this one—dogs are welcome. Please indicate that you will be bringing a dog at the time of booking. A daily fee is charged to cover the associated additional cleaning costs. This ensures that the high standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained for all guests.

Dogs are welcome in the ground-floor apartments.

The apartments derive their special character from the host’s one-of-a-kind handmade pieces, including custom woodwork crafted from Swiss stone pine, pear wood, and other local woods. An infrared sauna for 1 to 4 people is available to guests for a fee and offers additional relaxation options after hikes, mountain tours, or active days on vacation.
After dark, the terraces take on a special magic thanks to their location in the Attersee-Traunsee Star Park. Far away from disruptive light sources, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally clear view of the night sky. When visibility is good, even the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye from there, making your stay a special experience in nature.



Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
