stunning view of the sea. The approximately 50-square-meter apartment is allergy-friendly
(no pets allowed), easily accessible by elevator, and you can
park your car right next to the house in your own parking space. As soon as you arrive,
hear the sound of the waves and experience the scent of the sea and the salt in
the air—here you’ll feel the lightness of life. The large south-facing balcony with a 100 percent ocean view is a real treat: enjoy breakfast at the bistro table or read a good book on the lounge sofa. In the two-room apartment
