You have a private kitchen with coffee machine and washing machine. The property features step-free access and interiors, wood stove heating, ski storage, and mountain views. Enjoy homemade honey and meet farm animals like horses, geese, chickens, and bees.



Outside, relax in your private garden and use the barbecue, with panoramic views of green hills and ancient trees surrounding this 1920s farmhouse.



On-site parking includes 1 shared spot, with more street parking available. Up to 5 pets are welcome. Events are allowed, but only registered guests may attend. Shared bike storage is available for exploring the area.



The owners live on the property (not in your accommodation) and offer farm experiences: animal care, egg collection, beekeeping, and garden maintenance. The house lies between the Sabina mountains and the Salto Valley. A car is recommended due to unpaved roads. In summer, local villages host festivals and fairs. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee.



Towels are available for an extra fee on request, or you may bring your own.
