The Nerina apartment captivates at first glance thanks to its truly unique view: on one side the deep blue of Lake Garda, on the other the silhouette of Monte Baldo and the charming village center below. A panorama that changes throughout the day, offering moments of pure tranquility, especially at sunset.

Recently renovated, the apartment combines the charm of original features with spacious and bright interiors, designed to let in all the natural light of the lake’s beautiful days. The rooms are airy and well laid out, perfect for those seeking comfort without giving up privacy.

Located in the quiet hamlet of Olzano, in Tignale, it is both a peaceful retreat away from the crowds and an ideal starting point to explore Lake Garda and its hinterland, with scenic walks, small villages and nature.

With approximately 90 sqm, it can accommodate 2 to 4 guests and features a large living room with a charming antique fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a recently renovated bathroom, and a balcony with a stunning lake view.

Outside, two small tables with chairs invite you to slow down and enjoy the open air, from a breakfast with a view to a relaxing evening. A private parking space within the property is also available.
