A getaway on the Baltic Sea—welcome to your oasis of well-being, “Meerzeit,” in Börgerende, just about 200 meters from the beach (which has sections of fine sand) and far away from mass tourism.
This high-quality, fully accessible ground-floor apartment with a terrace accommodates up to 4 people (max. 3 adults) and invites you to relax and unwind. The bright living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and an additional bedroom (or children’s room) with a single bed (and a pull-out second mattress available upon request) ensure restful nights.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures exceptional comfort. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment.
A free parking space is located right next to the house. On the terrace, you’ll find a table and chairs for relaxing breakfasts in the fresh Baltic Sea air. For families with small children, a travel crib and a high chair are provided.
Your four-legged friends are also very welcome here. We charge a flat fee of 10 EUR per night to cover the additional cleaning costs.
The charming town of Börgerende combines tranquility and nature with good amenities: cafés, an ice cream shop, restaurants, mini-golf, bike rentals, and a horseback riding facility are all within easy walking distance. Self-caterers will also find everything they need—the kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities: Enjoy long walks along the coast, for example toward Nienhagen through the mystical “Ghost Forest” or westward to Bad Heiligendamm and on to Kühlungsborn. These destinations are especially relaxing to explore by bike. Börgerende is also located right next to the Conventer See Nature Reserve—a paradise for nature lovers.
A special experience is a ride on the historic narrow-gauge railway “Molli,” which runs between Kühlungsborn and Bad Doberan. There, the impressive Doberan Minster awaits you. The Hanseatic city of Rostock, with its lively city harbor and diverse shopping options, is also within easy reach. For families, a trip to Karls Erlebnisdorf is well worth it—fun and variety guaranteed.
Upon request, we’d be happy to provide you with a linens package consisting of bed linens, towels, and a dish towel for 30 EUR per person, so you can relax and enjoy your stay right from the start. We’ll confirm this request with you later—after you’ve made your reservation. A visitor’s tax is also payable in cash on site.
