Small, cosy, comfortable terraced house "La Vue", 4 storeys. In the centre of La Cadière d'Azur, in an elevated position, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. Public parking 100 m. Shop 50 m, grocery 70 m, restaurant 100 m, café 80 m, bus stop "chemin des Baumes" 450 m, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 5.7 km, sandy beach "Les Lecques" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Cyr sur Mer, 8 km.
3-room terraced house 65 m2 on 4 levels. Simple and comfortable furnishings: kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table and shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 open room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Upper floor: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Electric heating. Terrace 14 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the valley and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
