Spanning a spacious 90 m², this stylishly furnished penthouse combines modern living comfort with a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea beach, the pier, and the seaside park, you’ll enjoy the perfect combination of relaxation, wellness, and an ideal location for your vacation on Rügen.

The open-concept living area with a cozy fireplace invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking together in the evenings. Two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms ensure plenty of space and privacy. A special highlight is the private sauna with light and sound features—perfect for unwinding after an eventful day.

Two spacious balconies offer additional retreats where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. In addition, Villa Manatee’s shared wellness and recreational facilities are at your disposal. Take advantage of the fitness room, the sauna area, and the yoga classes to make your stay a thoroughly relaxing getaway.

A damage deposit of 100 € is required for your stay. This will generally be refunded in full within 14 days of your departure, provided no damage is found during the final inspection.
