Up here, above the rooftops of Juist, you can completely unwind.

After sunset by the sea or during typical island “Schietwetter,” a very special highlight awaits you in the basement of the house: The free, private in-house sauna area, available during your individually reserved sauna times. Or you can relax with a cozy movie night for two: Smart TVs in both living rooms offer complete comfort. Meanwhile, a modern all-in-one hi-fi audio system with radio and Bluetooth provides the perfect musical backdrop for your vacation moments by candlelight and with a hot cup of tea.

In the fully equipped kitchen-dining area, you’ll become a gourmet chef during your vacation. With high-quality appliances such as a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, everything is ready for you to enjoy cooking together in the evenings. General Information: The attic apartment (2nd floor) offers a cozy 30 m² of living space and is perfect for 2 people (a crib cannot be added due to space constraints). A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the building’s basement. An iron and an ironing board are available for shared use, as is a luggage rack for arrival and departure. For convenient luggage transport, 3–4 hand carts from Haus KarlsRuhe are available at the harbor. Upon arrival at the house, please return them to the harbor as soon as possible. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.
