La maison Pierres et Mer – Renovated House Near the Beach, Quiet Garden

In the heart of La Terrière village, just 1,500 m from its beautiful beach, this renovated typical house offers: a spacious living room, lounge/TV, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the garden, a small bedroom with trundle beds (2x80 cm or 1x160 cm), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, another with a 160 cm bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Enjoy a peaceful, private garden—perfect for relaxing. A covered outdoor area is available for meals during warm hours. Parking is possible on the street in front of the house.



The house is carefully prepared; we kindly ask you to respect the property.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided as an option. End-of-stay cleaning and linen rental are available for an extra charge. Discounts may apply if you choose several options.



Even if you select the cleaning option, please tidy the house, wash, dry and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish and waste.



Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions. Please send a message on the morning of your arrival to indicate your estimated arrival time.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed. Please do not subscribe to internet options (video on demand, etc.); if not respected, an extra charge may apply.



All household waste and recyclables (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the town’s recycling containers.
