Nassfeldpass Apartments – 2 units, direct lift access, modern, bright

The two Nassfeldpass Apartments (two separate ground-floor units) are located in Sonnenalpe Nassfeld and each offer 43 m² of space for up to 4 guests. Both apartments feature 1 bedroom, 1 living/kitchen/dining area (fully equipped kitchen), and 1 bathroom. Amenities include fiber-optic Wi-Fi, TV, and elevator. Enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes and the Madritsche chairlift. A ski service station with rental and repair is right in front of the building. Each apartment has a ski room with a lockable locker and heated ski boot rack, so you can return directly from the slopes. In summer, bike and mountain bike rentals are available on site.



Outside, your private balcony offers mountain views. Bicycles can be stored on the balcony or in the garage.



One underground parking space per apartment is reserved for you. Other numbered garage spaces may not be used. Additional communal parking is available on site and along the street in front of the resort. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.



A tractor shuttle connects the entire alpine and ski area, with a stop right outside and service in both summer and winter. Restaurants, bars, and après-ski venues are a 5–10 minute walk away. A climbing park, summer toboggan run, swing attraction, and cheese dairy are nearby. Day passes for the wellness area of a nearby hotel are available for an extra fee.
