Gîte "Le Faisan" with Private Terrace, Enclosed Garden, and Wifi

This charming gîte for 5 guests and a baby is a detached 18th-century house with a fully enclosed private garden, located right next to the Château d'Audes. Originally a fruit storehouse, it was converted into a residence by a notary in the 1970s.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, kitchen, bright veranda, hallway, bathroom, separate toilet, a single bedroom (bed 90x200 cm), and a dressing area. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom (bed 180x200) and another bedroom for two (beds 90x200).



The living room features a dining area, sitting area with TV, a tuned piano, and a closed fireplace with glass. On cool evenings, you can light the fireplace, which is set where the old bread oven once was. In autumn and winter, you will receive a basket of firewood.



The living room opens onto the sunny garden, where roses bloom in summer. On the side of the house, you will find a large table, chairs, parasol, and barbecue. The garden, about 500 m², is fully enclosed and offers peaceful spots in every season. The double, lockable garage provides space for two cars, bicycles, or motorbikes. You can also park on the grounds in front of the garages.



There are books in several languages (English, French, Dutch) and board games available. Children can play safely outside thanks to the enclosed garden. The gîte is in a quiet area, but not isolated.



Heating is included. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made up. The gîte offers fiber-optic wifi, a washing machine, and a fan.



Smoking is not allowed. Dogs are welcome upon request.
