Villa Capo Zafferano: your seaside retreat in Sicily



Wake up just 30 meters from the crystal-clear waters of Mongerbino’s coast, with Capo Zafferano on the horizon. Villa Capo Zafferano is a modern villa set in a unique natural setting, perfect for a relaxing holiday and to experience the authentic beauty of Sicily.



The villa is surrounded by a magnificent 3,000 m² garden with olive trees, palms, agaves, and geraniums reaching the cliffs. A private path leads directly to small bays with platforms, ideal for sunbathing and swimming in peace.



Inside, up to 8 guests enjoy maximum comfort: a spacious living area with entrance, dining room, and lounge with fireplace, opening onto a panoramic terrace with sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped. Three double bedrooms with private bathrooms: two in the main area, a third in a separate annex for extra privacy. On the lower floor, a twin bedroom with bathroom and direct access to a second terrace.



Elegant Italian-style furnishings, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a dedicated workspace. On-site parking. Airport shuttle service available on request for an extra fee. Pets allowed (max 1). Baby cot available on request.



You are surrounded by the charm of the fishing villages of Santa Flavia and Sant’Elia-Porticello. Palermo is just 12 km away—perfect for a day trip without giving up the villa’s peace.

We booked here last minute as our first booking through VRBO turned out to be a scam. Giacomo the owner/host was great from the start. Almost immediately after booking (while in flight across the Atlantic) he was reaching out via WhatsApp with details etc for our stay that next day. The house is very warm and inviting. We enjoyed the amazing views off the back porch while playing cards and laughing with our friends. Giacomo had lots of information to share with us on where to shop for groceries, dinner reservations, etc.. He helped make what started out as a disaster with our other booking turn into an easy pivot and memorable time with our friends.
