The neighborhood in Trier-Süd is a lively and diverse community, characterized by openness, tolerance and respectful coexistence. Here, people of diverse backgrounds and nationalities live together, enriching the community with their traditions and activities. Numerous amenities, such as shops, restaurants, and parks, invite you to relax and enjoy yourself. The strong sense of community, fostered through regular events and activities, is particularly noteworthy. Excellent transport links make commuting and exploring the surrounding area easy. Trier-Süd is a place where you can feel at home.

The accommodation is located on Saarstraße, one of the central shopping streets of Trier-Süd, directly next to the Südbahnhof (South Station). The historic old town with the world-famous Porta Nigra, the cathedral, and numerous UNESCO World Heritage sites is just a 5-minute walk away – a perfect starting point for a stroll through over 2,000 years of history. For those who prefer public transport, the South Station offers ideal connections right outside the door. And for a quick bite, a 24/7 vending machine with snacks and drinks is conveniently located next to the building – available around the clock, without any opening hours.





Further important information:

You can briefly stop directly at the loading point for loading and unloading. Paid parking is available on the street, or free parking is available at the exhibition grounds (approx. 15-minute walk).

Pets are very welcome here! 🐾

We charge an additional cleaning and care fee of €10 per pet per night. This will be added during the booking process.

For bookings of 9 nights or more, a paid mid-stay cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. These cleanings will be billed via the check-in portal and scheduled with you.

The tourist tax for the city of Trier is collected via the check-in portal.
