Here, a cozy sleeper sofa ensures relaxing moments, while the TV, PlayStation 4, and a radio provide top-notch entertainment. From the living room, you step directly onto the beautiful east-facing balcony—the perfect place to start the day with a leisurely breakfast in the sunshine (Barbecues are not permitted here). Back inside, you’ll find the open, fully equipped kitchenette with a stove (4 burners), dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, where you can prepare delicious meals in no time. A coffee maker for your morning enjoyment, as well as a toaster and a kettle, are of course also provided. The separate, cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and promises restful nights. The tour is rounded out by the well-maintained bathroom, which is comfortably equipped with a shower (entry height: 12 cm), toilet, a handy hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.

An outdoor parking space is available subject to availability. A bike rack is available for any bicycles you bring along. A washing machine and dryer are available for washing your vacation clothes. Wi-Fi is included.
