Our Rottalblick vacation rental offers a bright and cozy retreat in a space of about 40 m²—with one special highlight: the balcony, complete with seating and a beautiful view of the Rottal valley. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace or wind down the evening in relaxation. The separate living and sleeping areas ensure pleasant privacy and a sense of comfort. The living area features a sofa, a TV, and a small dining area—ideal for cozy evenings indoors. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and, of course, a coffee maker make self-catering pleasant and hassle-free. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, is modern and practically furnished. The Rottalblick vacation apartment combines a beautiful view with thoughtful comforts—perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the Rottal in all its tranquility and vastness. Our guesthouse, Fischer Mart’l, was opened in 1988 by my parents, Martin and Irmgard. The decision to open it came during an exciting time: Bad Birnbach was growing as a spa town, and with the opening of the Rottal Terme, our hometown gained importance for those seeking relaxation. To this day, our guests can easily reach the thermal baths—in just a few minutes by car or with a leisurely 20-minute stroll through the spa gardens. In 2004, I took over management together with my family, and I am now running the guesthouse as part of the second generation. One thing is particularly important to us: the personal, warm hospitality we offer our guests, which has defined our guesthouse from the very beginning. We welcome every guest personally and are happy to take the time to offer tips and recommendations for excursions, hikes, bike trails, or culinary discoveries in our region. Incidentally, the name “Fischer Mart’l” comes from my father, Martin, who was a passionate fisherman—a piece of family history that we proudly carry in our name to this day. Whether you’re visiting us to unwind, go cycling, hike, or simply relax—you’ll find a cozy home away from home that combines tradition and hospitality. We’re very much looking forward to your visit! Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is free of charge. Free private parking is available on-site. The deposit is 100% of the room rate. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: 2.90 EUR per person per day.
