Had a terrific stay here

Well represented by the ad and comfortable for my family of 6 plus 3 guests. Close to nearly anything you might need and also beaches like Clearwater and Honeymoon Island. Host was responsive when needed. Would book this again if future trips put me in this area

Perfect space for spending time with friends. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom.it was close to several attractions and MLB spring training parks.

Clean. Three terrific, modern bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms spacy and normal. Liked garage w opener. Agents were responsive.Love the pool & hot tub. Could use an explanation document. Hot tub is controlled on site and takes a hour or so to get to 104… all good, Pool takes three days to heat from ambient up to 80/85. Think this is remote w manager- so if unit was vacant before you - call ahead three days and get it running.Enjoyed it and would rent again!

Fast perfekter Urlaub

Der Check-In und der erste Gesamteindruck des Hauses waren sehr gut. Leider haben wir erst bei der Ankunft in Form einer Notiz die Info bekommen, dass die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert und nicht genutzt werden kann. Über den gesamten Aufenthalt mussten wir somit täglich Geschirr für sieben Personen von Hand abspülen, was wertvolle Zeit gekostet hat. Bei der Ankunft war leider auch der Pool verdreckt, da die Filteranlage nicht lief. Nachdem nach drei Tagen der wöchentliche Pool-Service da war, lief aber alles einwandfrei und der Pool war sauber. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Alles hat den Bildern und der Beschreibung entsprochen und wir haben uns insgesamt trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt.

Relaxing Stay in Palm Harbor

We enjoyed our relaxing stay in the nice and quiet neighborhood in Palm Harbor. The house had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay at our "home away from home". The layout of the house worked well for our small group and everything was in working order. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Loved the outdoor space. The hot tub was nice and in working order. (NOTE: The pool needs to be cleaned, but we did not use it). One recommended update is to add more lighting to the living room.

Great Spring Training Trip

Had a wonderful stay going to many Spring Training baseball games around the area. It's in a great spot. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was ideal for our group. We used the kitchen every morning and it was nice having the dining table next to the kitchen. Pool area was nice to hang out with after spending all day exploring the area. Great quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Location

We had both family and friends enjoy the house. It was the perfect location for us for catching a Phillies Spring Training game as well as a Flyers vs Tampa Bay Lightening game. The house itself was a perfect fit for the 8 of us and came with everything for our 5 day stay. We also enjoyed our day at Honeymoon Beach which is minutes away. I would definitely rent from Alexsandra and Isabella again as they were gracious hosts!

Lovely week in a lovely neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Easy to access activities, shopping and walkable neighborhood. The home is laid out with the kitchen in center. 3 showers are a bonus. Rooms quiet. Pool and hot tub are nice. Heat up quickly. We enjoyed our visit and stay in this home. Owners checked in with me before, during and after. We did not need but was glad to know they cared

Awesome Stay

This was the 1st time I have ever booked anything other then a hotel. I was so pleaesd from the beginning til the end. The owner Izabella was a pleasure to work with and I can't say enough about the property manager Aleksandra. The house was EVERYTHING the pictures showed and more. We had all ages at the house and EVERYONE loved it. Honestly we never really wanted to leave the house. The neighborhood was beautiful. We had so much fun making dinners and using the pool and hot tub...yes even in December! I will without hesitation book this house again...or any property listed by Izabella. Thank you both for a wonderful Christmas with my family.

Wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool and hot tub were great. This was the second house we rented in this neighborhood. We love the neighborhood it’s beautiful and quit. This house is wonderful would stay here again. Aleksandra is a pleasure to work with.

Great location and beautiful home

This home is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location. An easy drive to Busch Gardens, the Tampa airport, Clearwater, and the surrounding area. The home was very clean and we enjoyed the pool immensely.

Beautiful well appointed home

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It had comfortable beds for everyone. Three bathrooms was perfect and they were all walk in showers. Perfect for all 6 of us senior ladies. The pool was refreshing. A couple of our group had difficulties getting in & out of the pool since there are no hand rails at the entry steps to the pool. There are numerous family friendly items in the garage & walk in closet for those with young ones. Plenty of living space and very well equipped kitchen. I was confused by the lockbox. I was expecting a realtor box on the front door handle. It was a box on the porch wall. I had to ask help to get into it but finally got the key. There is a keypad entrance to the garage which is what we used exclusively because the front door deadbolt locked from the inside with the lever but not lock from the outside with the key. That was the main negative thing. Other than that & no rail to the pool, this was a dream house for us. I would recommend it to anyone needing this number of beds & bathrooms. We loved this home.

Fun time

My 12 yr old grandson was thrilled with the pool. We liked the location, quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping. We went deep sea fishing twice and had a big fish fry and brought home several bags of frozen fish. The house was pretty, inside and out. Everything was as advertised.

Great Trip

We were very pleased with our stay. Management was great. The house was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well located. The house design was ideal for our age-varied group, and the pool and pool deck were a hit for young and old alike.

Nice getaway in comfy quarters!

The pool was definitely the highlight, especially for the kiddos. The hot tub isn't as warm as we like, but focus was on the pool anyway. House is large and affords lot sof privacy if needed. Nice to have a table big enough to seat 7, making family dinners special.

We chose Palm Harbor because of its convenient location. We usually spend 2-3 days in Disney World and the rest of our vacation relaxing on the white sand beaches this area has to offer. It is truly one of the best beaches we've ever seen, no wonder it is rated #1 beach in Florida. We also chose this location because of quiet and friendly neighborhood, distance to mall and everyday shopping
