Great for Girls Trip

We had a wonderful few days at the house! It was spotless, check in was easy and the house all all the amenities that we needed. Pool, hot tub and sport court were great. Neighborhood was very quiet. Near nice hikes, Fairmont for spa day. A little far from Old Town but do-able. Will be back!

Backyard Oasis

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The backyard oasis was the highlight of our trip. We utilized the Pickleball court, spa, and heated pool nearly every day. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was spacious enough to accommodate our two families. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that added to our relaxing stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely be back!

A great find in Northern Scottsdale. This is our second year staying at this house. The location itself is outstanding to explore local hikes, Phoenix, Sedona, Saguaro National Park, and the Grand Canyon. The house is clean, the communication is easy, and all the amenities are perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. There is a tennis court that also acts as a Pickleball court and a basketball court. The outdoor fireplace was an excellent area for the whole family to share stories under the stars. Thank you very much for an amazing experience and we hope to stay at this property next year.

Amazing back yard!

We had a great stay, my only complaint would be that the pool landscaping needed to be cleaned out a little better. There were old bandages and cigarette butts. Also, the house had a lot of cob webs inside so it just looked like they cleaned it after the last renters and maybe needed to go back and freshin it up before we got there. Overall the check in and out process was easy and we had everything we needed for our family of 5. We absolutely loved the backyard and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and tennis court everyday.

We loved hosting this family at our Courtside Villa, and we are thrilled that they loved their stay with us. We received a call about a cigarette butt and something that looked like a bandage in the backyard, so CJ stopped by within an hour to make sure all was well. While he was unable to find either of these items, he was advised that one family member was ‘excessively discerning’ and was told that the family absolutely loved the home. We were not made aware of any cobwebs, but our pest control service always handles these promptly so we notified them. We were glad they felt that all other aspects of their stay were 5-star quality, and we would welcome them back anytime!

We were happy to host Theresa and her group and were a bit surprised by their comments in this review as they gave the home high praise upon arrival and departure! The icemaker operation was explained at check-in (the ejection door in the front can cause warm air to clog the dispenser, but a simple reach into the ice bin inside is all that's needed). We pride ourselves on our homes' cleanliness and will certainly investigate as to why the floors may have been less than perfect for this group's stay - had they mentioned this during their stay we would have gladly sent our cleaners there to make it right. While the BBQ grill is not brand new, many guests have commented to us that they have enjoyed cooking on it and have noted how easy it is to light. We were glad to hear that they enjoyed our services as well as the many other aspects of their stay at Courtside Villa, and we would certainly welcome them back anytime!

Perfect

The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. They provided all the essentials for our baby ( pack n play, stroller, high chair) which was a huge bonus. We did lots of swimming, lounges in the hot tub, played tennis, and cooked out. It's close to several great hiking spots and about 25 minutes from great shopping and dining. We had an issue with the master bedroom not getting cool enough at night and ended up sleeping in a guest room the last two nights. We also noted that the side door did not lock. Despite those two issues, the stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

We are thrilled that Maegan's group loved the home, and we look forward to their return! The side door does indeed lock, but this particular door is unique from the rest of the doors in the home as the handle needs to be lifted up to lock, so it can be a bit tricky the first time operating it.

Perfect House in Scottsdale!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my seconds stay. Beautiful home. Well equipped. Excellent hosts--Jamie and CJ. Responsive and delightful. We played pickleball every day and used the pool and the hot tub often. Fire pit was easy to navigate as well. The only add would be to have an apple tv connected to the main TV to allow for streaming or using our own TV service but we were able to watch March Madness during our stay so it worked.

This lovely property is very warm and welcoming and is in a very convenient neighborhood. Courtside Villa is the perfect rental for a large, active family and is a great layout for a 'work-cation' for adult children. Our family loves this property and will definitely be back!

Amazing Amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here! We paid for pool and hot tub heating and our kids spent 3/4 of every day swimming and playing on the basketball/tennis/Pickleball court. The 75 degree AZ weather was just incredible as well. The property manager was also very responsive and helped us a couple of times when needed. The only thing that was tricky is there was no kid-safe dishware. We just bought disposable plates and cups at the store which was super easy and a quick solution. I just didn’t want them eating on porcelain plates and using glass cups. Definitely plan to stay here again!
