非常に静かな住居、最上階のペントハウス、2階の寝室には階段があります（7歳以下のお子様には注意してください）。窓なしの屋根裏部屋です。入り口、リビングルーム、カーテンなどで隔てられた階段。窓がないという事実が雰囲気を醸し出す。
アパートは松の家具と赤の支配的な山で飾られています。

私たちはプールから5分、サウナ、スチームルーム、ジャクジーでスキーをした後、夕方にとても素敵です。
ウェイトトレーニング、バドミントン、その他のアクティビティを1日を通して楽しむことができます。プールは木曜日22時まで営業しています。

多くのスポーツ活動と常にダイナミックな夏の駅は、スポーツの後に......常にプール。

Charming apartment in a fantastic ski town

Tres bon séjour

Escapade de 3 jours pour un mariage montagnardL’appart est fidèle aux photos. Les 2 chambres du haut en mezzanine n’ont pas de fenêtre. L’espace séjour est fonctionnel .

L appartement est tres bien place pour les pistes...5 minutes a pied. L appartement est tres jolie et bien equipe pour 5 a 6 adultes. Le concierge Akim nous a beaucoup aide. Sejour parfait.

Emplacement superbe- appartement agréable

L appartement de la residence les verdets est proche des pistes, situé dans un environnement agréable. Il était fonctionnel et conforme aux photos présentes sur le site. Je vous le recommande.

Appartement bien placé dans la station

Appartement bien placé avec nombreux couchages. Accès aux pistes 7mn à pied, et cœur des commerces 2mn à pied. Accueil chaleureux. Entrée de l’appartement pratique. Petits bémols : accès aux couchages à l’étage par une échelle et pas fenêtre à l’étage, canapé du salon non confortable.

Overall - it worked for our ski trip as everyone was willing to be flexible with the amount of space they needed but there are definitely pros and cons to consider before booking. Pros: - location - walking distance from main bus stop, restaurants, grocery stores, rentals, lifts...everything we needed. - kitchen was supplied with what was needed to cook breakfast - property manager was able to help us find the building - separate toilet and shower which is helpful when you only have 1 bathroom for 6 people Cons: - where the drop pin is on the app is not quite where it's located. luckily everything is very close together, however, even after getting the address it was not easy to figure out where the building actually was (but as mentioned the property manager helped us). - towels and linens not included and we were not aware of this until we received the rental agreement. cash was required immediately upon arrival. - cleaning fee not included and we were not aware of this until we received the rental agreement. if you decide to clean yourself, expect to scrub the toilets. cash was required immediately upon arrival. - as mentioned by other reviewers, the staircase is very steep. - no doors on the upstairs bedrooms (they do have curtains for privacy) - shower head is not attached to the wall (must either hold it throughout the shower or get creative) - bunk room on main floor is very small, basically just the bunks fit in there. As mentioned above, it worked and the location is definitely the best part. I would say it's worth it for the price if you can look past the cons. The biggest thing was that the group felt like we were surprised by the extra fees that were not listed in the description.

Séjour très agréable

L’appartement correspond bien à la description, nous avons été ravis de ce séjour. Si nous avions une remarque à faire ça serait juste qu’il manque un canapé confortable dans le séjour. Le gardien de l’immeuble Akim qui nous a accueilli est adorable et toujours là pour rendre service...

Skigebiet sehr schön, Appartment einfach, aber gut ausgestattet in der Nähe der Lifte. Die Anordnung von zwei Schlafzimmern unter dem Dach ist unter Brandschutzaspekten etwas bedenklich. In einem Notfall wäre man in diesen Ecken verloren. Durch Verzicht auf Türen hat man die Deklaration als Einzelzimmer beider Genehmigung wohl umgangen. Die Abstellmöglichkeiten für Ski sind sehr begrenzt, Schuhe passen nicht in den Schrank,

We had 4 great skiing in Val d'Isere. The apartment is centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the lifts, restaurants etc. The furniture could be more up to date, but works well.

Lovely Centrally Located Property

Myself and my two children (10 & 12) had a lovely stay in the apartment. The apartment was very centrally located - close to the bus stop, supermarket, main town and of course the ski slopes. Kitchen was well equipped and the flat was clean. The only thing lacking was wifi and due to the steep staircase i would not recommend small children stay upstairs. There is a very suitable downstairs bedroom with bunk beds in there. All in all it was very pleasant and easy.

Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location

Myself and 4 friends had more than enough space in the apartment with good facilities throughout. Excellent location only a short stroll to the main ski lifts, bars, shops and restaurants.

bon accueil d akim petit appartement avec tout le confort pour le ski. tres bien pour 4 personnes. terrasse bien orientée au soleil casier a ski petit si il y a 6 personnes qui skient. telepherique de solaise et bellevarde a 5 minutes a pied. calme et soleil etait au rendez cette semaine.

Idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans Val d'Isère, très proche du centre, de la piscine et du départ des pistes ( 250m ) à pied ou en navette (arrêt en face de l'immeuble). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillie par la gardien de l'immeuble, Akim, qui nous a aidé à nous installer et nous a montré toutes les spécificités de l'appartement. Appartement strictement conforme à la description dans un immeuble calme. Un petit coup de peinture dans la salle de bain et un vrai canapé le rendrait parfait. un séjour agréable et réussit. Adrien

Prestations conformes à l'annonce. Prise en main de l'appartement au top grâce au gardien (Akim), très serviable et arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée (21h45). Appartement 40m2 confortable pour 6 adultes. Résidence très correcte et proche des remontées.

Location assez vétuste, réduite mais très bien équipé avec tout le confort et ustensiles nécessaires. Chambres mansardées à l'étage et dépourvues de fenêtres (claustro. !!). Escalier dangereux. Appartements très calmes. Très bonne situation, la navette s'arrête face à location toutes les 9 minutes. Attention Val d'Isère est une station dont la vie courante est très chère. Je recommande cette propriété.

Vetuste parce que salle de bain prend l'humidité au plafond ,les locataires précédent ont tirés sur les prises (tous les ans , il faut remettre de nouvelles prises qui ne tiennent pas dans le placo),ampoule grillé mais il faut demander au gardien de les changer .Les peintures et sols ont été refaits il y a 3 ans ; le mobilier et literies sont neufs de 3 ans ;pour ma part , j'aime les chambres sans fenetre car il n 'y a pas le bruit de l'extérieur et on dort très bien .Bref c'est un appartement très demandé donc il souffre un peu durant la saison....Corinne

très bon accueil du gardien , tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appart , bonne literie , pas très loin des pistes ni de la superette , casier à skis , c'est vrai que l'escalier est un peu raide . Bref , une bonne semaine . Je recommande .
