白い砂浜のマイルとマイル！

I was born and raised in Ohio. During a particularly cold winter in 1984 I visited Ft. Myers Beach and fell in love with the area for a vacation destination.
As fate would have it, a few years later, I met my husband, Lou – who happened to be from Florida. So, I relocated to Stuart, Florida – and in case you were wondering, I don’t miss the snow and ice!
I always had an interest in real estate and shortly after moving to Stuart I became a licensed Florida broker with Berkshire Hathaway. I have been involved in the sale and purchase of vacation properties, and I understand what guests want and expect when they come on vacation.
With that knowledge, every year Lou and I spend time redecorating, updating and improving our Ft. Myers Beach condo. It's fun to look back at the improvements we have made over the years, especially now with the new fresh look.
We decided to do a major update to the condo during the last year. I had fun – Lou not so much - shopping for new furnishings and ways to update the color and decor. Lou did get to pick out the new spacious refrigerator and combination air fryer -toaster oven.
We like to come to the condo when we can. There are a lot of fun things to do at ETB and on Ft. Myers Beach. We are sure you’ll enjoy your vacation time here as much as we do.

The Gulf of America has the best beaches in the world. The surf is gentle, and the Gulf water is shallow a long way out. It’s perfect for swimming, wading, shelling and strolling. If you want more action, walk down the beach to the activity vendors – jet skis and other water sports. Boat rentals are available across the street.
Many of our guest say that they didn't really need a car here. The amenities you want are within walking distance. You can fly in, Uber to the condo and have great restaurants, fun waterfront bars, and shopping nearby. There’s a free trolley that runs to downtown and back.
Estero Beach and Tennis Club (EBT) has new amenities – pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, & shuffleboard. Our heated pool is great place to swim laps or just float.
This location is perfect for a laid-back vacation or an action-packed one -- it's all up to you.
Our condo has a southern exposure which gives it a full winter sun. The lanai offers a panoramic view especially south along the coast to Naples and west to the beach.

Talk about Location!
Coming here is ALL about the Gulf of America and one of the world’s most beautiful beaches – gentle warm, beautiful blue Gulf waters lapping on white, powdery sand. Along the beach you’ll see birds, dolphins, fish, and shells.
The sunsets are spectacular.

Our Condo is Unique.
It takes work to get a high rating by guests. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, bright, comfortable vacation place with amenities. Our guests have enjoyed their time here and they come back. While other units have standard cable, we have HD channels, smart TV and a secure, private WIFI connection. Our kitchen has the latest appliances - especially if our guests like to "cook-in" - including a new spacious refrigerator and a combination air fryer -toaster oven.
