We particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms and closets, updated kitchen and bathrooms, ample toiletries and linens and comfortable bed and seating. We chose this space because there are no stairs and its close proximity to the Savannah Theatre, Six Pence Restaurant, Nobel Fare Restaurant, downtown and shops. Two of three TV’s didn’t work properly. Management rep, Lacey, tried to fix. Didn’t follow through on last text to guest to deliver new cable boxes added to account. May have needed to request cable company service call. Lights in kitchen didn’t all work. Some lighting had burned out bulbs. Two table lamps were missing a bulb. Management rep fixed kitchen lights. There was an empty lightbulb box under kitchen sink. Guest took one bulb from a lamp in a bedroom closet. Whirlpool washer had significant mold clearly visible when opening washer door. I’m familiar with similar washer and instructions should be given for housekeeping to dry area as well as possible and to leave washer door ajar. It should be regularly checked to remove the black mold buildup. Contact me if you have any questions.

We had a 7 month old with us do appreciated all the room in the master bedroom for a pack and play and having a washer and dryer.. location is the best!!! Enjoyed the Christmas market even though we had some rain we enjoyed walking everywhere. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful location in the heart of the historic district. Parking spots very nice to have. Two bedrooms were not right next to each other, making them somewhat private. Two bathrooms in hallway close to bedrooms. Problem with HVAC was taken care of promptly. Kitchen and laundry were convenient. Quiet at night, felt safe. Would stay here again.

Great location! Easy access. Off street parking was perfect! Pull out couch was broken and sheet on it was dirty, but I let the property owner know so I’m guessing it will get fixed. Having 2 full bathrooms was also nice with 4 people.

The apartment was very clean and fully stocked. Towels and linens were high quality and clean and beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the riverfront and throughout the historic district. Having dedicated parking included was great. The host was quick to reply to all questions. Being on the ground level floor we did hear voices along the street, but after the weekend crowd most was soft chatter of people walking by. We did wish the back door to the apartment was more secure.

Excellent place with great location to downtown activities. Easy walking distance to all things Savannah. The included parking spaces are awesome as well. WiFi need and upgrade but is ok just not great. Everything else about this place is awesome!

The property overall was great. Good location to walk to many different spots in Savannah. However, the morning we left the next tenant arrived around 9am when we had until 11am for checkout. She had been given the door code and came inside while we were still there as part of our reservation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was so nice! It was perfectly situated near some great little restaurants (Spread Bagelry, Toast! All Day) and River Street. It was very clean and had nice extras like coffee/creamer, laundry detergent, and plenty of towels. The owners seemed in tune with what might be needed and were very quick to respond to any questions. The king bed was super comfy! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Stellar customer service! Had issue with AC and they went above and beyond (on the 4th of July!) to fix it and make sure we were comfortable! Lovely place! Wonderful location! Walking distance to everything! Parking nice bonus! Great pillows! Gorgeous architecture and design of apartment! Recommended to all!

First time

First 4 o’clock is a late check in wish it could be earlier 2nd we use the door code that was sent through the app and it worked but then we unloaded the car and went and walked the neighborhood came back and we could NOT get back into the apartment apparently I needed to use the code that was sent through the email when I was told to use the app.. I did not see the email until after we called after hour hours but we still can’t figure out how we got in the first time with the code that was in the app! I’m just happy that someone picked up when we called b/c we were locked out! And y’all have a homeless man that sleeps behind the trash can scared us when we took out the trash last night and there he was!It was a very pretty apartment loved the bedding
