Saint-Clément is a residential village located just a few kilometres north of Montpellier.

The village centre, 1.5 km from the property, offers local shops and services, while a larger shopping centre is located 4 km away.

The house is south/south-west facing. The pergola overlooks the swimming pool, with uninterrupted views across a valley and pine forest stretching for several hundred metres.

Ground Floor
Spacious open-plan living area (living room, dining room and second lounge), separated by a planted indoor patio filled with greenery. This bright space extends over 100 m² and opens directly onto the terrace and swimming pool. Feature staircase with integrated plants.
Second lounge set up as a TV room.
Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the summer dining area on one side and a winter garden with pocket sliding glass doors on the other.
Brand-new premium German kitchen featuring an American-style refrigerator (additional freezer in an adjoining utility room), filtered drinking water, induction cooktop with integrated extractor, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine, and more.
Bedroom 6: Double bed (140 cm), private shower room and WC.
Staircase leading to the first floor with an impressive 8-metre ceiling height and electrically operated skylights providing abundant natural light to the planted patio and staircase.

Jolie villa décevante par le manque d entretien ( piscine + villa)

Séjour en famille pdt 2 semaines . eau de la piscine trouble et sale pdt les 15 jrs ( malgré passage d un homme d entretien ) avec présences d algues en fin de séjour, pas d accès internet ni à la télévision les 10 premiers jours, volets ne fermaient plus ds certaines pièces, literie médiocre et linge de lit en fin de vie, fuîte de 3 pommeaux de douche changés en fin de séjour. Bcp problèmes à régler ds cette villa avec passage quasi quotidien d un technicien. Nous etions en vacances en famille donc pas agréable de subir un défilé de techniciens pour des réparations dont nous n étions pas responsable.

Beautiful spacious villa

Perfect for groups or bigger families. We enjoyed the spacious living room with enough space to sit together as a group and as well enough space for seperation. Well equipped kitchen. It is a pleasure to cook for a group here. The pool area offers a lot of space and enough covered space to eat as a group.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schönem Ambiente

Das Haus liegt schön ruhig inmitten mediterraner Natur. Trotzdem sind die Wege zu Geschäften und Restaurants nicht weit. Ein PKW ist allerdings erforderlich. Der Pool ist groß und lädt nach Tagesausflügen zur Erfrischung ein. Wir haben viele Radtouren unternommen und auch hierfür eignet sich die Gegend gut.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche mit 8 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern. Das Haus war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, aber die Stockbett- Zimmer haben uns nicht so gut gefallen und sind auch nicht dem Standard entsprechend! Ansonsten ist es sehr gepflegt und auch der Whirlpool war sehr beliebt bei der ganzen Familie.

Super séjour !

Séjour plus qu'agréable au sein de la villa qui est par ailleurs magnifique, en particulier les extérieurs où nous avons pu nous ressourcer pleinement! En effet, nous avons pu profiter d'une piscine chauffée, ce qui est très appréciable en demi-saison et d'un jacuzzi au top pour se réchauffer le soir quand l'air rafraîchit.... Bref, nous recommanderons cette villa sans aucun problème !

Great holiday villa for families and friends

We had an amazing week staying at this villa. The pool is fab, the jacuzzi is fun and the outdoor cooking area is great when cooking for large groups. After a full day of playing in the pool the kids could watch a film using the cinema style projector TV while the adults were relaxing in the jacuzzi of truth. JC was very accommodating and I would recommend this villa to anyone. We will probably come back ourselves in a few years.

Nous avons, mon épouse, mes enfants , leurs conjoints, et nos neufs petits-enfants passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette belle villa, ultra équipée et magnifiquement située dans un village aussi calme qu'agréable. Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir des moments heureux passés autour ( et dans) la belle piscine à l'eau scintillante et remercions encore la gentille maman du propriétaire qui était aux petits soins pour assurer notre confort et notre plaisir .Pas de doute, nous reviendrons à St Clément de Rivière . Notre sejour a ST. Clement

Nous avons beaucoup aime cette belle villa si confortable : la cuisine admirablement equipee, les salons, les chambres - chacune avec sa propre salle de bains - tout cela pour abriter une grande famille de 12 personnes! (parents, enfants et petits enfants. La gentillesse et la prevenance de Mme Caullet , le beau jardin, la tranquillite des lieux - tout etait parfait pour nous laisser des merveilleux souvenirs de cette semaine passee a ST. Clement . VILLA DE STANDING POUR UN SEJOUR INOUBLIABLE

Nous (4 familles et leurs enfants) avons passé 1 semaine exceptionnelle dans cette superbe villa de standing situé au calme d'un petit village. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, les commodités (grande piscine avec transat en nombre, grande terrasse, coin barbecue,....). L'agencement de la villa est très bien pensé et a permis une certaine indépendance pour chaque famille (1 salle de bain chacune par exemple). Mobilier de qualité tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur dans une mélange de style moderne et provençal à la fois. Juste 1 petit bémol : les frigos (un frigo américain et un petit frigo dans la buanderie c'est un peu juste pour un gros groupe comme le notre (les boissons ne refroidissaient pas assez et la production de glaçon était insuffisante). En résumé nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa (du plus grand au plus petit). Marco L. (Belgique)

Nous sommes un groupe de 10 retraités, venus passer la semaine du réveillon du jour de l'an à St Clément. Cette semaine a été excellente dans cette superbe maison où nous avons été très bien accueillis par la charmante maman du propriétaire. Nous avons apprécié le confort des vastes pièces à vivre, l'équipement moderne et fonctionnel de la grande cuisine, les nombreuses salles de bain, le calme de la maison et son environnement. Nous avons été enchantés par cette jolie région : la mer à deux pas, la garrigue et ses beaux sentiers, les petits villages pittoresques et les belles villes de Sète et Montpellier. A recommander pour des séjours en famille ou en groupe.

PERFECT!!!

We would like to say that we have a very nice time. We were with a group of 14 friends, and we had so much space in the villa. Almost every room has his own bathroom. You can sit all together but when you need some time alone you can go to your room and take a bath and relax. Everything was very clean. The people are very nice and the communication was also very good. I could recommend this villa to everybody. Thanks again for everything!

Wij waren met een groep van 14 vrienden. Het was zalig! Een zotte villa met een groot zwembad, BBQ, mooie kamers, gekke televisie, keuken met alles erop en eraan, vriendelijke dame. Op 4 km van stad Montpellier, dicht bij een Intermarche, veel ruimte in het huis.. Zeker een aanrader!!
