メインフロアには、アーチ型の天井、暖炉、テレビ（Roku提供）、たくさんの居心地の良い座席を備えた広いリビングルームがあります。フルキッチンとダイニングエリアは、あらゆる料理のニーズに最適です。食器洗い機、電子レンジ、鍋/フライパン、オーブン...すべて揃っています。ダイニングテーブルには6人を収容でき、追加の3つのスポットはソープストーンの朝食バーに用意されています。ケリーグとKカップはモーニングコーヒー用に用意されています。

キッチンからは、甘いサイドポーチにつながるホールがあります。また、メインフロアのゲストベッドルーム（ツインベッド2台）への2つの入り口の1つの真向かいにある小さな廊下からフルバスが出ています。

2階のお客様は、着陸時に静かな応接間と2つのボーナス睡眠スペースをお楽しみいただけます。ツインサイズのベッドとフルサイズのベビーベッドを備えたナーサリーヌークを備えた読書用ロフトです。さらに、マスターベッドルーム（クイーンベッド、テレビ、デスクスペース）とマスターバスがこの上の階にあります。洗濯機、乾燥機、リネンエリアはマスターベッドルームから外れており、2階にはフルサービスのスイートがあります。

ビルトインクローゼットとフルサイズのベッドを備えたスイートの3番目のベッドルームは、家の入り口のすぐそばの静かな下層階に隠れています。

Beautiful, cozy property

This home offered plenty of privacy of various sleeping quarters and lovely common space. It is nicely decorated, feels cozy, and is a definite bright spot in our trip.

Beautiful house.

Perfect place to have our high school girlfriend's reunion. Lots of sleeping options for the 6 of us to spread out. Love all the details of the house especially the beautiful artwork. Will definitely recommend and hope to go back in the future.

Best and cleanest VRBO!

I stayed in this VRBO with five girlfriends for a low-key weekend hanging in and going out to dinner in Portsmouth. It was the perfect spot! The house met and exceeded every expectation with the cleanliness, a beautifully decorated house, and the exceptional communication with the host. We will be back!

Book getaway

A group of us came up to get excited for the release of a book in one of our favorite fantasy series! We loved the house - plenty of common space, and also great private space for everyone in our party. It was so easy to get in touch with the host when needed. We had a wonderful weekend!

Oh so cozy

I know when people hear “cozy” they think small but this property was spacious and yet still cozy. I wish we’d had more time to explore around the town but it was a quick weekend for a family wedding. Awesome place!

A lovely stay

We rented this beautiful for a weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Check-in was easy, the caretaker was very kind and helpful. The house is very well stocked and comfortable. The owners left a wonderful list of nearby activities. We took one of their suggestions and visited Fort Foster which was so beautiful. We hope to be back in the future.

This home was very welcoming and clean. We were visiting UNH and this location was great. We appreciated the detail information about the property and areas to visit. Great weekend in Maine

We had a great weekend staying at Janet’s house! It’s a beautiful house and looked just like the pictures! The area is nice, it was raining so we didn’t explore much. It’s easy access to Kittery outlets and Portsmouth as well! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely house, perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It is nicely laid out, full of light and extremely comfortable. The location couldn't be better--we had great day trips to Portsmouth, Great Island Common and Odiorne Point State Park. York, Ogunquit and Portland are all easy day trips as well. We are looking forward to returning!

Wonderful stay in Eliot!

The house was lovely and just perfect for what we needed. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week exploring Portsmouth, Kittery and Portland, ME. The house was in a great location and we loved being able to walk down to the boat landing/beach. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Would certainly stay here again. Thank you!

Delightful cottage with exceptional owners

Booked Ben & Jen's spot for a winter weekend exploring the New England coastline and it was a fantastic base for a group of friends.Ample room inside set over three floors, each couple essentially had their own private floor with a communal area in the middle. Lots of sitting areas, TVs and board games. Beautiful kitchen with up-to-date appliances and all the amenities you could ever need.Location was great, remote enough while also not feeling totally isolated. Around a 10 minute drive into central Portsmouth with easy access to the I95 to get to Portland/Boston.Exceptional hosts with quick and straightforward communication and excellent recommendations. Loved our time at this charming property.

We're both experts in all things related to the seacoast and are happy to help you plan your visit! Our gem of a vacation home is owner designed and built in 2007.

Location, location, location! Our house combines the R&R needed to escape from the busyness of life with the perfect location in charming Eliot, Maine. Guests can easily get in and out of lively Portsmouth, explore the quaint downtown of Kittery or hop on 95 and take a quick drive to other beach communities along the NH and Maine coastlines. Pour a coffee and walk across the street to the Eliot Boat Basin and sit on the sands along the Piscataqua River.

Inside the home, guests will be wowed by the luxurious and coastal-inspired furnishings, as well as the wonderful use of space. Three bedrooms can each accommodate two people, while two bonus twin sleeping nooks upstairs are perfect for extra guests. Families with young children will be happy to have a portable crib and sleep rails available. Two full bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen and sweet side patio all add to the appeal of this seacoast retreat.
