メインフロアには、アーチ型の天井、暖炉、テレビ（Roku提供）、たくさんの居心地の良い座席を備えた広いリビングルームがあります。 フルキッチンとダイニングエリアは、あらゆる料理のニーズに最適です。 食器洗い機、電子レンジ、鍋/フライパン、オーブン...すべて揃っています。 ダイニングテーブルには6人を収容でき、追加の3つのスポットはソープストーンの朝食バーに用意されています。 ケリーグとKカップはモーニングコーヒー用に用意されています。

キッチンからは、甘いサイドポーチにつながるホールがあります。 また、メインフロアのゲストベッドルーム（ツインベッド2台）への2つの入り口の1つの真向かいにある小さな廊下からフルバスが出ています。

2階のお客様は、着陸時に静かな応接間と2つのボーナス睡眠スペースをお楽しみいただけます。ツインサイズのベッドとフルサイズのベビーベッドを備えたナーサリーヌークを備えた読書用ロフトです。 さらに、マスターベッドルーム（クイーンベッド、テレビ、デスクスペース）とマスターバスがこの上の階にあります。 洗濯機、乾燥機、リネンエリアはマスターベッドルームから外れており、2階にはフルサービスのスイートがあります。

ビルトインクローゼットとフルサイズのベッドを備えたスイートの3番目のベッドルームは、家の入り口のすぐそばの静かな下層階に隠れています。

We had a fantastic weekend getaway. This is a great house, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Close to everything, we joked that the house should be renamed the 9-minute house. It seems every time we went out to shop or eat and punched in the destination to GPS, every place was 9 minutes away! Great location, and super communication with the homeowner and caretaker. We would definitely stay here again.

UNH Graduation Weekend

15-20 minutes from UNH which made it a great place to stay for the weekend. A lot great places to see in the area. Our stay was very comfortable for the 5 of us. Would stay again.

House was delightful. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was brand new. Several places to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Location was great. Hidden from road and peaceful.But easy to get to local areas and main highways.Owner was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Our girls only cousins’ reunion was a blast and the house is lovely, just as described. Our host was an excellent communicator. She was extremely understanding of a situation that cropped up on our end and we so appreciate her kindness and flexibility. For our group of 60 something, the layout could’ve been a bit tricky as there are many stairs to sleeping various sleeping quarters we were able to make it work, but suggest that it be explained more thoroughly in the description. thanks so much for a lovely stay. We hope to be back next year!

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. My husband, parents, best friend, and her parents spent the weekend here for a family friend’s wedding. First of all, the location is amazing; we were back and forth to Portsmouth, which took less than 10 minutes, but saw plenty of wildlife in the local neighborhood. And the house itself was beyond cozy. We slept in the living room on a very comfy pullout and everyone else raved about the beds in what felt like separate, private spaces. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent a lot of time chatting outdoors on the lawn furniture. Everything about this stay was perfect and conducive to a varied group in terms of interests and ages. We all had our own space, but could gather in the kitchen and living room. Host communication was extremely easy and they were flexible about timing which was so generous. We will come back!

Beautiful house.

Perfect place to have our high school girlfriend's reunion. Lots of sleeping options for the 6 of us to spread out. Love all the details of the house especially the beautiful artwork. Will definitely recommend and hope to go back in the future.

Best and cleanest VRBO!

I stayed in this VRBO with five girlfriends for a low-key weekend hanging in and going out to dinner in Portsmouth. It was the perfect spot! The house met and exceeded every expectation with the cleanliness, a beautifully decorated house, and the exceptional communication with the host. We will be back!

We reside in Eliot and Connecticut and have enjoy consulting on interior decorating and custom building projects. We're both experts in all things related to the seacoast and are happy to help you plan your visit! Our gem of a vacation home is owner designed and built in 2007.

Location, location, location! Our house combines the R&R needed to escape from the busyness of life with the perfect location in charming Eliot, Maine. Guests can easily get in and out of lively Portsmouth, explore the quaint downtown of Kittery or hop on 95 and take a quick drive to other beach communities along the NH and Maine coastlines. Pour a coffee and walk across the street to the Eliot Boat Basin and sit on the sands along the Piscataqua River.

Inside the home, guests will be wowed by the luxurious and coastal-inspired furnishings, as well as the wonderful use of space. Three bedrooms can each accommodate two people, while two bonus twin sleeping nooks upstairs are perfect for extra guests. Families with young children will be happy to have a portable crib and sleep rails available. Two full bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen and sweet side patio all add to the appeal of this seacoast retreat.
