Within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops but still quiet and peaceful. The home is very clean and communication with the owners was prompt and thorough. We were only able to stay 2 days but wish it could have been more!

Great location - short walk to downtown Estes Park and short drive to RMNP entrance. Host was very accommodating with last minute date change. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent shower. 100’s of DVD movies.

We spent time in the backyard on the swing enjoying the fall and watching wildlife. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown after time in RMNP-especially the proximity to Kind Coffee!

Perfectly located for all potential activities & especially Elkfest this past weekend. This cottage is homey, clean and perfect forna small group. Host was exceptionally responsive and kind. This was our second stay - once in the late summer and now in late September. Highly recommend as a home away from home.

Excellent location, well equipped

Perfect stay in Estes park. Loved the location with walking to downtown. I was worried about being hot with no AC … it turned out fine - there is a unit in the primary bedroom and cools off nice in the evenings for open windows. Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent vacation getaway!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It was extremely clean and the owners are very accommodating. The property is in an excellent location, walking distance to downtown Estes Park!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bond Park House. It was a short and easy walk to everything in downtown Estes Park and a short drive to RMNP. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed comfortable, and the shower was awesome after long days of hiking. The host was very accommodating and provided updates and reminders about entry into RMNP. The information in the home about the area and all the hiking was the most thorough of any property we have stayed.

Weekend Escape

This is the perfect quiet location, yet very close to downtown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed wonderful views, a well equipped kitchen, and watching the deer wander out front. Thoughtful details made this cozy cabin a favorite spot.

Perfect spot in Estes Park

We had the perfect stay in Estes Park. The home is super close to everything, walking down to restaurants and shops was convenient, and the home is inviting. No joke - best shower ever. Check in/check out was easy, and communication top notch. Strongly recommend.

Great small house in a great location

The house was exactly as described, and super cozy. The location of the home was perfect! We were just a few minutes from downtown which was super convenient! The owner gave us some great insights to the town, and the communication was above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful small cottage close to downtown

The cottage was as described in the advertisement, small and cozy, and ok for four adults. It was spotlessly clean and had a complete kitchen equipment. The beds were comfy, the environment was safe and clean, and Michele was a very accommodating host. The only downer, as for all of Estes Park, is the pricing: 50% above the average of our vacation, due to the good access to Bear Lake road and other hiking spots.

Highly Recommend

Beautiful views of the mountains. Short convenient walk to downtown Estes which was a huge plus with all of the construction and limited parking. The owners are amazing! The books with tips, favorite places, maps, everything you could possibility need for a wonderful time in Estes Park. The little details the owner put into this place that we didn't use but were so thoughtful to include like pull ups, sound machines in the bedrooms, bug spray and sunscreen under the sink and so much more. Also when we stayed, we did experience wildfires close by. The owner reached out to let us know about the wildfires and updated us with new information. I highly recommend staying in this magical cottage! I know we will definitely book again! I will

Amazing home base for RMNP!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience staying here while in Estes Park! We stayed here with our infant and toddler and the fenced in outdoor area was perfect for all of our down time. Our toddler thoroughly enjoyed playing outside and we ate all our meals on the patio with views of the mountains. WiFi worked great, comfortable beds, extremely convenient to downtown-only a few minutes walk- and very communicative and accommodating hosts! We hope to stay here again in the future!

The Perfect Place

After 3 days of hiking in the backcountry, we needed a great shower, relaxation, and wonderful beds. This place was perfect. Located in the perfect spot; close to downtown but far enough away to relax. The house was adorable, and perfect for our family of four. We could not have found a better place. Hosts were wonderful and check in was super easy.

This very clean, well maintained property is perfectly located steps away from downtown Estes Park and a quick drive to the RMNP! Michele is a great host who offered up useful tips for reducing costs in town and avoiding traffic while getting around! We couldn’t have asked for anything more

My husband, Derek and I moved to Colorado in 1998 from Austin, Texas. We love Colorado and especially Estes Park! We bought Bond Park Place in early 2014. Derek did a remodel on the house before we put it on the vacation home market.
After having this property with a management company in 2023, we have decided to owner manager again for 2024.
We are very familiar with Estes Park as we were owner/operators of a small resort from 2001 to 2014. Estes Park is a great mountain town that is very casual and laid back. It's a great vacation place for families and is the gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It doesn't get much better than Estes Park!

We love having a house in this location. It's great that you can walk to downtown for shops and restaurants and not have to deal with finding parking. It's right up the hill from Bond Park which also has numerous festivals throughout the year as well!
