Space, light and comfort, this flat has everything to offer for relaxing and peaceful holidays. VILLA HAMON has a direct access to the sea and a shared swimming pool (with 4 other flats. Sport, shopping, outdoor activities are all close for an enjoyable stay.

The air conditioned flat is situated on the first floor which gives superb views on the sea, the pool and the private gardens and is composed of:
- 3 double bedrooms with each 2 single bed 80x200 (being put together for queen bed)
- 3 bath/shower rooms
- Living room and dining room with panoramic views of the sea.
- Open plan kitchen with bar and all the utensils needed.
- Big terraces for evening drinks or breakfasts with outdoor furniture.
- Possibility of parking indoors and out.
Pool is shared (with 4 other flats) secure and the property has direct private access to beach and sea.

House Rules:
VILLA HAMON caters for families with young children.
- Only 6 persons (+1 baby) can stay. No subletting.
- Linen is not included but can be rented (12 euros per person).
- Electricity bills are not included in the rentals and charged based on consumption.
- Water bills are included only for July/August rentals and charged, based on consumption, from September to June (included).
- Gardens are private. Pool is shared and secure, please respect the poolside rules.

We spent a week here with 6 people and really enjoyed the time. The view and pool are fantastic. The apartment itself is also very nicely furnished and has excellent facilities. We'd love to come back.

Fantastic view

Great appartment with plenty of room and a large terrasse, fantastic seaview. Even better than pictures. Also, the snorkling was great. Sea access is a bit difficult but there is a beach 2 minutes away. Pretty, welkept property with a nice pool. Only missed having a grill. We will be happy to return.

Absolutely, beautiful location!

We spent two amazing weeks in this very spacious, beautiful apartment in May/June. If you are looking for relaxing times with breathtaking views, this is the place for you. We like to swim, read, enjoy peace and quiet and this worked out very well. Our children especially loved the large pool. The Cap Esterel and its beautiful beaches are easy to reach as well as shopping or sporting facilities. We are planning on renting this property again, the owner and caretaker were very attentive to your problems and needs.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passe un merveilleux séjour à la Villa Hamon. La résidence est au calme, avec peu de résidents ce qui est reposant. L'appartement est grand, bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Il et permet à chacun d'avoir son espace. Les 3 salles de bain sont très appréciables, tout comme la climatisation. Magnifique vue sur la méditerranée avec une jolie crique au pied de l'appartement et la plage pas très loin à pieds. Terrasse grande et agréable. La piscine est belle dans un environnement très bien entrenu et vue sur la mer. Le seul petit bémol, le train qui passe à quelques mètres côté chambres que l'on entend tôt le matin. Stéphanie est très sympathique et disponible. Bref, une tres belle découverte !

Fantastische Lage, sehr gute Einrichtung und schöne Bilder an den Wänden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur leider fehlt Kochgeschirr. Es gibt nur einen Topf und keine Pfanne. Somit ist selbst kochen sehr eingeschränkt.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und hat alles was man in den Ferien benötigt.

Die Lage des Appartements direkt am Meer ist einmalig schön. Der Pool ist wunderschön, die Terrasse ist perfekt.

nous somme très content de ce séjour , très bon accueil , la propriétaire est charmante , l'appartement est très bien agencée et bien décorée avec une très belle terrasse tout est parfait , la vue est magnifique sur la mer et la nuit magnifique couché de soleil sur la mer , la piscine est très bien pour les enfants avec sécurité et bien entretenue , nous reviendront avec plaisir dans cette location

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et la proximité de la mer. L emplacement est top. Petit bémol pour le train qui passe juste derrière la résidence.

l'appartement est vrément très jolie et confortable (très rare en France avoir une salle de bain avec bidet!) mais il faut faire attention au consomations d'eau et d' éléctricté. On n'a pas eu la possibilté de controler; et payer en France 14,00€ par jour c'est trop cher

Verblijf voor een week, mooie ruime slaapkamers met elk eigen badkamer, mooi terras, alle voorzieningen. Enig minpuntje, eigen ligzetels voor het zwembad te voorzien, hebben dit dan opgelost met luchtmatrassen aan te kopen.. voor de rest toplocatie, topappartement.

Hervorragende Lage und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist traumhaft! Es gibt einen direkten Zugang vom Grundstück zu einem kleinen Fußpfad, der an der Küste entlang führt. Hier kann man entweder nach St. Rafael hineinlaufen oder die Küste in die andere Richtung entlang laufen. Die direkte Lage an einer Durchgangsstraße hat uns nicht gestört. Durch die doppelverglasten Fenster war der Verkehrslärm kaum wahrnehmbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit guten Betten ausgestattet und dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, ist sehr komfortabel. Die ganze Abwicklung lief zuverlässig und unproblematisch. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Beautifull place

Two weeks for 4-5 persons this summer. This is our second vacation in villa hamond. Beautifull site and perfect appartment for 6 persons. The only thing that could have been better is WIFI and a bit better madrasses, but that is details. We highly recomend the appartment.

Tres beau appartement avec vue sur mer magnifique et une terrasse spacieuse ombrage d un grand pin. La villa se trouve dans un jardin elegant au Bord de la mer. Tres recommandable. Boulanger, supermarche, poste, cafe tabacs, boucher, pharmacie et marche a 700 m. Restaurants plus proche.

Lovely location right on the edge of the sea.

We stayed for a week at the end of May. The flat is really well equipped with 3 bathrooms and a good sized open plan kitchen / dining /lounge. The living space has amazing views (its on the first floor) out to sea and a good sized terrace also overlooking the sea. Its walking distance to a few restaurants but the main places are a short drive away. We .stayed with 2 small children and they loved it. You are right on the coastal path and can walk to a nice beach within 5 minutes.

Merci beaucoup - rien nous manque.! Thank you nothing was missing ( except the wifi said the kids ;-) ) Its was a wonderful apartment with a breathtaking view. We were lucky with the weather conditions -sunshine all week by a temperature of 25-27 degrees! We´ll come back !

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre des plus reposant proche de Boulouris centre et de Saint Raphael. Appartement très bien équipé et très bien entretenu avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la piscine. Une très bonne adresse.

Séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût au coeur d'une résidence calme : Accueil chaleureux et très sympathique. Tout est prévu pour le confort des vacanciers. Équipement très complet. y compris sur le balcon qui permet de jouir d'une vue fantastique sur la baie. Une adresse à retenir pour contempler la mer et ses bateaux ... Nos 4 enfants (7/7/10/13) étaient ravis: la mer pour nager avec les poissons près des rochers, la plage de sable (...) pour bronzer et la piscine pour se reposer et tout cela à moins de 150 m. Nous reviendrons .... Famille Champagnol et cie
