It is a wonderful property. Perfectly located in the heart of Oxford. The property is spacious and cozy. Excellently maintained and they have amazing Velvet Ditch Roasters coffee ready to start your day.

Cute and well appointed cottage. We walked to the square one night and to the game the next day. Use the trail through the William Faulkner park to campus! It was much faster and a fun, easy hike away from the traffic.

A Peaceful Gem

We loved our stay at this cottage. At the end of a quiet street, all we could hear in the mornings were the birds chirping. Easy walking distance to the University and the Square (and elsewhere!). Clean, very well-appointed - and the coffee company the host owns makes incredible coffee! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this place and chatting with Lesley was a bonus. We wish we would have booked Oxford for longer, the entire area is lovely. Am following her Instagram for her coffee business. Am excited to see the progress of her new coffee shop, we know she'll do awesome. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place to stay in Oxford. We went for a game and we were able to walk to the game as well as the Square. Hosts were very accommodating.

So cute and convenient

Two of us booked a stay for an Ole Miss football home game. It was perfect for the space, walkable convenience to downtown, etc. The property could not be cuter. And our hosts were so generous and gave great recommendations on places to eat, etc. Would love to come again and spend more time seeing Oxford

Home away from home

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. It was comfortable, welcoming, safe, beautiful. The location is perfect, it was an easy walk to the square, just around the corner is the beautiful Rowan Oak property that I enjoyed walking so much (which the owner suggested to me, along with numerous other things which I also did) I am so grateful for her kindness and thoughtfulness she had for me (I was staying alone) and I can’t wait to get back and stay again (and again)

A perfect place in Oxford!

We were in town for a football weekend and my husband’s first experience in Oxford. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the walk to campus and the Square were easy (in good shoes, of course). Lesley thought of everything in the cottage, and it was very comfortable. Grab this listing if you can!

Coziest cottage

This was the perfect place for my family and me to stay when in Oxford. It is probably the coziest bedding we’ve ever seen in a VRBO location. To include the sleeper sofa that my two teenage daughters slept on. Lesley has added lots extras that show her attention to detail… and you can’t beat the location . Will definitely stay again when in town !

Convenient Cottage

This cottage is absolutely perfect for a weekend in Oxford. The neighborhood is beautiful and conveniently located to the square. The cottage was clean and well stocked with supplies. The owner was wonderful as a host. I definitely will stay here again!

Small but cute

Conveniently located walking distance from the square, campus and the football stadium. This place is attached to the owner's residence but we felt like we had very good privacy.

Our location is very unique! Our craftsman-style bungalow is also unique to the area, built in 1939 (apartment added in 1950's) with lots of charm. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house sits on half-an-acre in the heart of Oxford's Historic District. Guests can walk everywhere -- steps to Rowan Oak, about four blocks to the Square and walking distance from the Grove.

The Main House and Apartment are connected via two sets of locked adjoining doors, including a "solid core door", between the two properties. The apartment has a private entrance, a large back deck and private off-street parking which is a big bonus on ballgame weekends.
