We were impressed that everything was there and ready for us, from laundry detergent to ziploc baggies & Spotify playlist. Beds were comfortable, everything was super clean and we loved the screened in porch for relaxing by the lagoon. Location was easy to find and we liked riding bikes to the nature preserve and the beach from there. Hope to get back someday!

November 2022 Stay

We are between homes so this rental was perfect and a nice relaxing week away from hotels! Beverly and her people are always so thoughtful and accommodating and the rental house was just what we needed. We have rented for years from her and will continue to do so. Other rentals are no comparison to her quality and cleanliness.

It was central to Sea Pines, close to the beach (drive, trolley), and the pool is a 5 min walk or 1 min drive. Property was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything essential, including toys for our littles. Very clear instructions on arrival and departure. Overall would love to stay at a BestNest property again, and highly recommend this property for a great vacation.

Reunion

The overall experience from initial interest to checkout was awesome. The management team was very responsive and the unit had everything we needed and more. The only suggestion would be to change the shower head in the master bedroom because it had very low pressure. Thank you.

The only negative was the lack of privacy; there are houses that look straight into the house and no window coverings to correct this. Still a beautiful home, with every amenity one could expect. We did miss the garage entry into the home, rather than from outside, which brought mosquitoes inside each time the front door was opened.

Home away from home

The property is immaculate. The accommodations, finishes, and little touches made us feel like we were at home. The property management team was responsive and extremely easy to work with. After a handful of trips to HHI, this has been our favorite home.

Our Family Tradition at Carolina Place, Sea Pines!

Reviewer Comments: 37 Shell Ring is a fabulous location in Sea Pines - convenient access to bike trails, Nature Preserve, main gate, with bike trails to Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club. And the community has their own pool and tennis courts. Expectations for the home's cleanliness and welcoming nature are always met and exceeded. We owned and now rent back from new owners through BestNest and Beverly Serral and staff. It's become a Tradition!

Relaxing and Peaceful

Beautiful home

Perfect for small family if being on the beach is not a big deal. Very convenient to island restaurants and shopping. Screened porch was our favorite spot. Very nicely decorated and stocked! Pool area was very nice and never crowded! Mattresses and AC need some updating. But overall wonderful stay!
