This condo is comfortable but dated. We enjoyed our stay but there were some issues.
Pros: On ground level so easy access to hot tub and snow, convenient ski locker location, Whitney at the Retreatia office was attentive and quite helpful, cute ski lodge decor, comfortable bed, lots of towels, comfortable sofa and easy chair
Cons: The smell of fried bacon greeted us the first time we entered the unit and throughout the week, the tub is chipped and rusting, the bathroom door frame is dry rotted, burnt and scratched cookware (Retreatia took these away), limited A/C outlets and a tangle of extension cords (a couple of power strips would solve this issue), you can hear the neighbors' conversation in the bathroom, the floor board upstairs are squeaky so you hear every step, the sleeper sofa mattress is thin so an adult needs extra padding in order to sleep on it (we used a folded quilt), the DVD player didn't work well (only showed B/W; we couldn't trouble shoot it), parking is limited and we once had to park in a fire lane in front of the next building and risk towing as there was no space in front.
