Très bon accueil de Bernard, et de Noelette qui s'occupe du ménage.Le logement est très fonctionnel et propre, mais un peu vieillissant. Patit jardin devant le logement avec la piscine. L'accès à la plage se fait par un portillon fermé par cadenas (peut être un digicode serait plus pratique). Noelette peut faire les repas typiques mauriciens et c'est délicieux. Très bon séjour dans ce logement.Nous le recommandons.

Comfortable and nice apartment very close to the beach; disappointed by flic en flac

The apartment is nice, comfortable and well furnished. A lot of space and definitely good for a family (we have 2 kids). The complex in general is not new nor very modern, but it's definitely ok and well maintained. Small but clean and well maintained pool. Beach literally across the street. Bernard is very nice and easy to contact, he responded fast to all our messages. He was very fast in fixing an annoying issue we had in the house. We were a bit disappointed by the area. Most of Flic en Flac is residential and vacation houses, plus some luxury resorts. There are some restaurants and bars only along the seaside street. The closest grocery shop is more than 1km away. The beach is nice but not kids friendly as there are rocks and sea urchins very closed to the shore. But you can definitely enjoy an amazing sunset from the beach.

"The cottage was very clean and comfortable, with airconditioning in all the bedrooms and a lovely swimming pool outside near the patio. It was located within a comfortable walking distance of the beach, as well as many restaurants and shops. The beaches are lovely, but on public holidays it gets very busy. All in all we had a wonderfull stay, and would recommend it to any of our friends and family."

Holidays don't get any better

A really nice landlord, he more than helped us in the corona crisis. The accommodation exceeds all expectations, well equipped with a pool, air conditioning in every bedroom and there are three of them, the best internet connection, the sandy beach is 40m away, everything safe and just cool to spend the holiday relaxed. We will be back!

Mauritius - Flic en Flac ist eine sehr schöne Lage!

Es sind mehrere kleine, nette und sichere Bugalows direkt am Strand. Es muss lediglich die Straße überquert werden. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar, der große in 15 Minuten. Unser Eigentümer Bernard war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und achtete sehr auf unser Wohl. Auch war er absolut zuverlässig mit dem Transfer von und zum Flughafen. Zudem kam täglich außer sonntags die Haushälterin. Für uns war die Lage in Flic-en-Flac perfekt. Der sehr lange Strand ist ideal für ausgiebige Spaziergänge und es gibt genügend Platz mit Schatten. Zum Essen gibt es tagsüber jede Menge sehr günstige Leckereien an den kleinen Strandständen und jede Menge Früchte. Verschiedene Restaurants sind 10 min. fußgängig gut erreichbar. Ohne Badeschuhe ist wegen Seeigel an manchen Strandabschnitten das Baden nicht empfehlenswert. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns sehr sicher und wohl, auch konnten wir von Flic en Flac aus die ganze Insel erkunden. Mit dem Bus kommt man sehr gut und sehr günstig nach Port Louis zum Markt, mit einer gebuchten Tour kann man Ausflüge aller Art unternehmen oder per Taxi (kostet nicht mehr als ein Auto mieten) die Insel erkunden. Ansonsten wird der Strand bei Flic-en-Flac von den Einheimischen am Wochenende intensiv genutzt, mit denen man sehr leicht ins Gespräch kommt (französisch und englisch) und Touristen sehr willkommen sind. Wer mit Land und Leute in Kontakt kommen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Nettes Appartment mit super Preis - Leistung

Nettes Reihenhäuschen in einer kleinen Anlage mit Pool. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Für einen legeren Urlaub geeignet. Lage 50m vom Meer und genau Mittig vom langen Strand von Flic en Flac. Vor dem Haus gibt es Rotistände und einige Restaurants sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Supermarket je links und rechts ca 500m.

All went very well, the location of the apartment was great for touring around Mauritius.

Bernard was excellent in quickly replying to any questions we had. Check in when we arrived was smooth. As we arrived in the evening the basic groceries they left were very helpful. We are happy to recommend staying in there apartment. The apartment also was in a quiet area, but walking distant to many nice restaurants.

Schöne zwei Wochen, jederzeit wieder

Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben in Bernards Feriendomizil zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, vorallem in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch der tägliche reinigungsservice durch Noelette war gründlich und Noellette sehr nett! Auch der kleine Gemeinschaftspool hat alles noch einmal positiv abgerundet. Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt und können Bernards Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Bernard war in der Zeit vor Anreise sehr gut und auch im Ablauf bis zur Abreise (incl. Flughafentransfer) war Bernard sehr zuverlässig und hatte alles bestens organisiert. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit- wir kommen wieder! Lutz und Linda

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft nahe Strand

Zentral im Westen in Flic en Flac. Ideal für Ausflüge insbesondere in den Süden und Osten (Nationalpark, Grand Bassin etc.). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Spar). Bei Vorhandensein eines Mietwagens auch Cascavelle (Monoprix: grössere Auswahl). In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Die sehr nette Haushälterin Noelette kam jeden Tag vormittags (ausser sonntags) und hat das Haus aufgeräumt (inklusive Spülen des Geschirrs). Sie kocht auch nach Wunsch ein sehr leckeres original mauritianisch-creolisches Essen mit Hauptgang, Salat und Dessert (ca. 1700 Rupien). Alles nicht aufdringlich. Nur auf Wunsch werden entprechende Zusatzleistungen angeboten. Auch Bernard der Vermieter hatte uns am Ankunftstag ausführliche Einweisungen und Tipps gegeben. Als Resümee können wir (Familie , 3 Personen) nur sagen, dass es sich um ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis handelt. Ca. 100 m vom Meer, dennoch ruhig (Strasse ist zwar 50 m entfernt aber wenig befahren). Grosszügiger Wohnraum, Garten, Pool. Am schönen Strand entlang zu den 5Sterne-Hotels (nach links, Richtung Süden) um mal einen Cocktail zu geniessen. Mauritius pur.

Agréables vacances

Nous avons séjourné 12 nuits dans la propriété de Bernard. Nous avons apprécié l'espace de l'habitation tout à fait adaptée à 6 personnes, la proximité avec la mer, la ville en plein essor et sa situation géographique. Une nouvelle fois merci à Bernard pour toutes les explications et conseils qui nous ont été transmis en début de séjour et pour le chaleureux accueil. De même, nous remercions l'agréable Noëlette qui a entretenu le logement durant notre séjour et qui a su nous préparer un délicieux plat local. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce logement.

Villa très agréable, bien aménagée et bien située.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la location de Bernard. En famille avec de jeunes enfants, le jardin et la piscine se sont révélés parfaits. La résidence est grande et bien aménagée et la gentillesse de Noelette, la femme de ménage ainsi que ses talents de cuisinière occasionnelle bien agréable. Un grand merci, nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

A little bit of heaven

My friends and I stayed here in Bernard's lovely little house for 2 months over January and February. The location is perfect in that it is just across the road from the beach, it is near enough to walk to the many restaurants and bars along the beach road, but far enough away so as not to be disturbed by any noise, and being half way down the island, within easy reach of the many island attractions either to the north or the south. Noelette came in every day except Sunday to clean up after us and sometimes, she cooked us dinner. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you Bernard.

Situation exceptionnelle

Le bungalow est idéalement situé à Flic en Flac, tous les restaurants à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La résidence de 6 bungalow est tres calme, le jardin semi indépendant paisible pour profiter d'une partie extérieur un peu plus intime tout en étant les pieds dans l'eau! Les photos correspondent aux lieux, grande cuisine bien équipée. Tout est très propre.Les climatisations dans les 3 chambres sont appréciées. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Bernard le propriétaire est très accueillant et Noelette qui vient tous les jours entretenir la maison est d'une extrême gentillesse. Vous pouvez reserver les yeux fermés! Bon accueil du propriétaire et excellents conseils dont notre taxi guide Jean Yves qui nous a fait découvrir son ile sur les 4 points cardinaux Bungalow 6 places ( 3lits x2 ps) Salon en bas avec pelouse et piscine chambre en haut ( 1er bungalow a droite sur la photo) Privé et sécurisé excellent compromis si vous avez de jeunes enfants excellent Ménage assuré tous les jours Gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour à Ile Maurice Je vous conseille ce Bungalow Mr Bernard : Pouvez vous afficher le mode opératoire de la machine à laver Merci à Vous et bisous à vous quatre Les Bretons

Super séjour

Merveilleux appartement, d'une propreté irréprochable et équipé de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire qui est très disponible et très sympathique . De plus ,le femme de ménage vient tous les jours et peux préparer des plats mauriciens à la carte. Cet appartement est idéal pour une famille car dispose d'un jardin ,terrasse et tout le nécessaire pour passer d'agréables moments dehors tout en surveillant les enfants profiter de la piscine. Son emplacement est idéal car on peut aussi profiter de la mer et des couchers de soleil magnifique qui est à 10 mètres !!! Nous y retournerons ,c'est sur !!!!

"Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Marina in Dicembre, tempo favoloso come del resto l''alloggio, molto pulito, munito di tutti i confort, vicinissimo al mare, basta attraversare la strada, ubicato in un posto tranquillo. Dista 10 minuti a piedi dal centro ma in vacanza una bella passeggiata è sempre ben accetta. In centro ci sono negozi, agenzie e tutto cio'' che serve, anche il parcheggio dei taxi che è molto comodo. Il proprietario è veramente gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni e puoi richiedere anche il taxi da e per l''aereoporto. Il taxista J.Y. è molto attento e con lui puoi concordare le prossime escursioni, Un'' altra persona favolosa è Noelette che teneva la casa in un ordine quasi maniacale. Non dimenticatevi di farvi cucinare il pollo da lei una sera, arriverà con tutto l''occorrente già pronto e voi avrete solo da sedervi a tavola. Casa Marina lo consiglio a tutti quelli che amano tranquillità e discrezione. S."

"Excellent séjour a flic en flac . Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire à l' aéroport . Il nous a conseillé pour organiser nos visites et était disponible en cas de besoin. Le logement est conforme à la description ,vue sur mer,très bien équipé , très propre et entretenu tous les jours . Noellette , la femme de ménage , est aux petits soins tout en étant très discrète . Les commerces sont à 10 min à pied ou bien on peut prendre le bus pour 8 roupies par personne ! La plage est de l' autre côté de la route sur environ 1 km de long . N'oubliez pas vos masques et vos tubas, il y a des multitudes de poissons , surtout en face des balançoires a côté de l' hôtel aux toits rouges en remontant vers le nord . On peut manger pour pas cher au bord de la plage , chez kathy fast food par exemple , le min frit est exellent. Voilà un logement et une destination à conseiller . "
